They are extremely rude, they send wrong products and refuse to either refund or replace them.I have purchased from them more than once and they have proven to be unprofessional. I will change supplier. Strongly not recommended. Ewaygps and andream avoid purchasing

I haven't installed this yet but the initial quality appears to be good. They need to include instructions with this

Looks great and functions properly but I’ve been having an issue where it doesn’t connect to my device with Bluetooth and i don’t use the wire car play because it’s not my favorite. Probably an issue with connection but overall good product

This unit is not working and I can’t get their customer support to do anything, is like they don’t care, once they get their money…don’t buy their sh!t

I should’ve stuck with my gut and purchased the Smarty Trend brand instead. It’s $700 but 10xs better than what I purchased. No instructions included so good luck with that. So far I can’t get my bluetooth to pair. Every time I cut my car off and back on it switches from radio where I had it back to internal music stored. Every time I switch to the apps screen the radio station stops and switches back to internal music again. Definitely don’t recommend, you’ve been warned.

I have bought and installed both 10.25 inch screen and reverse camera. Camera quality is okayish and does the job. Overall screen is is good buy but i have few issue with it.

I have main issue with steering buttons for phone call and voice command doesn't work. I have also noticed the screen's brightness is low and I wasn't able to find a way to increase this. the startup/boot screen looks tacky though there is an option to change in menu to change it but no alternative logos.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service on chat. they have been reading my messages but still no reply.

Installation was relatively easy, with the help of some youtube videos. Also, Wang from Andream reached out to make sure I got the right unit for my vehicle. Originally I had purchased on that was not compatible, so he switched it out for me.

Installed module on my landrover lr4 but does not function like advertised, navigation menu is still active while using car play

I haven't installed it yet but I wanted to give a review anyway. The unit ended up being shipped quite a while after purchase, but the seller advised me there would be a delay and even gave me a small refund as compensation. When it was shipped, it arrived within a week.

Very impressed with the customer service!

However, there's no instructions. Anything mechanic is no issue for me, but I'm hopeless with anything electrical.

Good product, fast Shipping!

I received the product, I followed the videos for installation and it was mostly straightforward.

There were two issues, that I was not able to figure out even after weeks of back and forth with the support team.

Original mic of the car does not work, and audio has to be rerouted through the aux cable for some cars.

The original car system used to display fine, but after 2 days, it shifted to the right leaving an empty dark screen. I tried to reset the car model from the settings as told by support, but it did not help, there was no screen size that would work perfectly for my car. I wish there was an option to reboot the unit to factory settings, but support told me its not possible.

I tried to return the item, but return shipping is on the buyer, and it has to be returned to China, and I was quoted around $100 to ship it. Also I was asked to put the value of item to less than $50. If the item for reason got lost or damaged and never made to China, I was going to lose it all. Also I was asked to ship with regular mail like USPS and I found online you cannot really track it all the way to the shipper as once it gets to China it is the Chinese postal company that handles it unlike with Fedex or UPS.

Basically I am stuck with this unit that has issues.

There are alternatives in Amazon, you can buy and not worry about what to do if it does not work, as Amazon has free shipping, and you get to ship it to a US address.

I was offered a refund of $20 by the seller, but that does not really do much.

Excellent customer service , device didn’t come with any instructions, reached out to them and they emailed me the instructions.
They answered all my questions ina promptly manner.
I have a 2014 bmw f30 , OEM camera and sound system worked just fine , no modifications needed.

Their support has been great. Although i’m a US customers and our time zones don’t match up they will still try their best to help. I hope they will continue to support me in the future.

The product works when used properly. The reason for missing 5 stars is because the website and product didn't come with documentation. I had to find a youtube video for a similar product in order to install. I did get an email with the manual after requesting it.
1. dip switch settings not clear what each switch does.
2. AUX volume not very loud and AMI cable need to be connected.
3. Android auto and mirroring worked
4. My phone allowed for both BT to OEM and MMI.

Managed to keep existing radio/speakers/bluetooth working while upgrading to android auto.

The package had everything I needed to complete the install except for the instructions. I emailed customer service and they sent instructions which were easy to follow.

One piece of advice after the installation is to go into the settings and adjust for you specific needs.

I've had this installed in my 2011 BMW X5 for about a week now. So far so good. Microphone on CarPlay WiFi is weak, but I just connect to the BMW Bluetooth from my phone and it works like before. You could also install an aftermarket microphone. It is a MAJOR upgrade in appearance and as I get more used to the new unit and learn all of the features, it is a vastly better user experience, while also maintaining the original interface. At this price point it's really a no brainer. Nearly $300 less than other listings I was looking at. It would have helped a lot if the unit included ANY instructions. Thankfully YouTubers helped me out on that one. It would also be nice not to have to run an AUX cable from the back of the unit to the middle console AUX input, but I suppose that is out of Andream's hands. Overall I'm very pleased with the product and would recommend to a friend.
