DISGUSTING SERVICE< PRODUCT & VALUE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The following is my email complaint about my wedding dress purchased from them and their reply after they ignored my 1st email for 3 weeks. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

To whom it may concern
The dress I have been sent is totally incorrect in its measurements, even though I sent exact measurements, its at least 15 cm,s out in the back so the zip only goes up to my waist and no where near up to the middle of my back and the stitching is all wavy and not straight. I have had to take it to 4 different seamstress's, some who have simply said it cant be repaired and one who is willing to try, but it will cost me at least $500!! 3 times more than the dress originally cost
Your site said it would arrive by November 11th and it arrived nearly 3 weeks earlier than that.
I would have preferred to wait a little later and have it arrive made properly. Instead it appears that someone has taken a quick look at my measurements and simply grabbed one of the rack that looked close enough and sent that instead. I'm appalled, as this was my 2nd attempt at ordering a wedding dress on line. I will be writing extremely bad feed back if I do not receive a response back from your company within 48 hours.

Thanks for your pictures, but we are very sorry for the problems, the dress looks beautiful from the whole, can you just keep it and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding
But if you are still unsatisfied with the dress, we will offer you 5% dress price refund plus a discount code of future orders

Terrible experience

I won't bore you with lots of detail about my experience with Angelamall.com.au because it was the same as every other reviewer here who paid $250 for what looked like a beautiful dress online and what turned up with the courier was a different colour, the wrong size, poorly made and with completely the wrong embroidery.

Don't believe they will honour their returns policy because they won't.

Like others have said, don't throw your hard earned money away...you'll kick yourself if you do, I know I'm due to give myself a stern talking to!!!

Do not waste your time or money!

We bought 3 of these dresses in custom sizing, based on the reviews on their site. None of them fit properly. Mine was at least 2 sizes too big and looked disgusting. It cost a staggering $220 to get fixed! It was a complete disaster, a $156 dress that ended up costing $376!

I wish I had read these reviews first. My experience was just like all the bad ones. They kept saying they had made it correctly, and that it was my fault. They kept asking for photos, which I sent and trying to weasel out of taking responsibility. The customer service was hideous.

In the end, they offered me a 5% refund, or $7.50. Are you f*ing kidding! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SORRY

I like this amazing shopping experience!

I like the prom dress provided on angelamall, the price there is really cheap, and the style I really like. I think it is my best shopping experience, very easy and comfortable. I think I will come back to angelamall if I need other dresses!

Very unhappy and don't risk waste your money.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my dress. I ordered the dress in champagne after checking with then that was in fact the colour. When I opened the package to my horror the dress was pink. I contacted them and they said it was my computer. Champagne is a dark Ivory colour and in no way pink. I told that the colour the sent matched the first row third colour in on their very own colour chart and even sent them photos but the still said there was nothing wrong. After telling them I was reporting to the fair trading department here they did offer 15% refund but that was $31 and I spent $250 on a dress I can't wear. I offered at least twice that I would return the dress they sent at my cost not there's when they sent me the new dress, they replied with my personal favourite comment from
them was that it wasn't fair that they should lose money by refunding my money or sending me the correct colour.
I understand that people have had but no problems with them but after reading reviews on server all sites that seems very rare. Please don't risk losing your hard earned money and getting your heartbroken and look elsewhere for your dress.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I was excited when I received the parcel. But when I unwrapped it, many diamond embellishments dropped to the floor. The diamonds of the grid pattern were loose and fell off easily, exposing the empty pods that held them. Worse of all, the zipper got stuck at the waist and could not be zipped all the way up no matter how hard I tried. The colour and overall look was very different to the one shown online. It was not wearable to a wedding and I had to find a replacement dress at the last minute.

I emailed angelamall, told them what happened and sent lots of pictures. They did not allow for a return and only said they would refund 5% of the dress cost which worked out to be $7.50. I can't even buy a zipper with that let alone change it! What a terrible experience. I would never buy from this site again and would not recommend it.

Excellent service Very happy customer

I bought a dress online wondering if it would fit me or if it was safe to do so. I took a gamble and ordered, then someone told me to google the company reviews. Well after reading some of them I was a little worried if I had done my money. Well thank you Angellamall if I had googled first I wouldn't have bought my dress. It fits perfect and I received it 5 days earlier than expected. I will buy again So just to let others know I am a large person who struggles to get clothes to fit properly and its perfect. I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship.

Very happy to recommend to all my friends and family

Beware this Company!

Whatever you do please DO NOT order from this site. As company that ships their product Internationally it is NOT up to the standard that it should be. My sister and her friends all ordered dresses from this website (the did separate orders, just to clarify) and they chose the custom measurements and measured everything according to the guide on their website. When they all received their dresses that they had purchased for their graduation, it either didn't fit (was out more than the 'acceptable' 1 inch as stated on their website), was the completely wrong colour (not caused by computer monitors as they claim can happen on their site), or it was NOT the same as the dress they had ordered (i.e. the one in the pictures). Now they all have about a week to find a dress for their graduation which will cost them another few hundred dollars AND they still can't get any cash back from the seller or even a response after a while.
I have scoured the internet for review sites and majority of the sites rate the company highly, but on a closer look at the 'reviews' it can be seen that all the '1 star' reviews are from international consumers. Majority of the positive reviews are written badly in English and follow the same template of every '5 star' comment.
My advice to all those considering purchasing from this company, you need to read ALL comments/reviews in detail to get a clear understanding on people's experiences and not take the rating of the company as the only thing worth looking at.
This company needs to improve its customer service, quality control and admit when they have made a mistake. The company has potential, but they have a VERY long way to get there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

ordered from this website, it looks NOTHING like the picture, the colour was wrong and it was made in a very bad quality and was not how they advertised. I order 3 dresses and they didn't make any of them like the pictures provided in the website. and i contacted them and told them, they emailed me back saying GET IT FIXED LOCALLY. I paid over $500 for the dresses and they are false advertising and don't help AT ALL! Do not make the mistake of ordering through them. They will only take your money and not help you at all. THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!!!! I have never been soo upset about ordering something online and they have totally been rude and inconsiderate about it! once they get their hands on money, thats all they care about not customer satisfaction or service! Their GUARANTEE is all a LIE and their RETURN POLICY is BS!

The Best Beautiful Dresses

I was very impressed with the service I received. I picked the dress I wanted 40% wow, Then organised for it to be tailor made. I got an email straight after saying it will be delivered AFTER my ball I started to stress, emailed Angelamall said my concerns and they brought me to ease saying Ill get it just before my weekend. I was happy. Then I get an email 4 days later that its had been sent WOW so fast I had it a week before I was told so impressed.
