Hair is definitely not double drawn and not the colour I wanted I have many double drawn hair extensions and this was very thin and not nice hair at all

Hello Khloe, The hair you ordered was a 50g 22/24" so you have the same weight stretched over a longer length than say the 18/20" so I can see how this has made you think it's thin. This is why you always have to purchase more with the longer lengths. Double Drawn actually refers to the hair being the same thickness from root to tip which our hair is.
If you were actually unhappy we offer a 14 day return/exchange, but you haven't contacted us to discuss anything?
