Changed the courier to one that is not even mentioned in their T&Cs so clearly in breach of consumer rights act.

Refusing to take responsibility for the fact that they didn't follow their own T&Cs and that they failed to provide the service that they've been paid for.

Parcel delivered to unknown address due to an error (possibly on courier's side) and the broker is not being helpful with resolving it.

Will be contacting Trading Standards as although the value of missing goods and cost of shipment weren't high, some businesses forget that there are laws which they need to obey.

If you need to ship a parcel, save yourself the hassle and use a different company.

After little read up,decided to use service.
Advertising delivery in 3-4 days but its been 11 days now and parcel still didn't arrived.
Well very poorly service,wouldn't use it ever again.DPD is half price of it

Damaged my parcel, lost an item, no solution after 2 months of complaints

They are a DPD broker who gathers orders for them.
I found them online and decided to have a go as they provided address on the website and their facebook page shows quite few likes.
Made an order which was picked up by DPD unfortunatelly the pracels were destroyed - it was ceramic tiles (check out my other review). Obviously it is not fault of Angliapolska. I wanted to post exactly the same through them and here the steps begin.

It is virtually impossible to get through to them - I was on the phone ringing for half an hour - one call after another. It was actually the second day of calling. I contacted them via their facebook page and at some point I received message to call now.
Over the phone I wanted to complete the order - not possible either.
On the website I wanted to recover the order I made day before just to pay - guess what - not possible.

At least they were not rude.

HAHAHAHA

5 years later... they send me a message asking for the details... :-D
I cannot believe this. They are laughing stock. It must be April Fools Day thing. Good one guys, good one. :-)
