Goods arrived in good time. However a faulty item needs replacing and company are difficult to get a response out of to keep customer informed. ,I informed them I had an urgent need for the replacement and company are not keeping me informed and I have no idea when part will arrive. poor communication after sales service.

Lack of response
The buying process was fine and the goods came quickly but they don't answer emails after purchase or even after speaking to them follow up and ring or email back.

Faultless
Ordered a product on Sunday evening. The price was the cheapest on google shopping by 3p.
However, my £119.96 purchase was considerably cheaper than several other suppliers, included free next day delivery (if ordered in a certain time frame) and they use DPD which is in my mind the best and most flexible courier service for people who can't wait in all day.
Overall, great communication of order info and delivery info. Will definitely use again, even if a product might be slightly cheaper elsewhere.
