A total scam. Ordered a £60 anime figure which was advertised as authentic in a display box. 3 weeks later received a scruffy Temu plastic bag from China with a broken fake figure with no box. The company does not respond to emails or answer phone calls but I guess not everyone is after repeat business.
Ordered 6 weeks ago. Still says processing, have had no updates on dispatch which originally said would be a few days and a few days delivery, have sent emails and have heard nothing back, have contacted them by the contact us methods and heard nothing back, can’t contact this company at all, and have taken my money, really don’t think this is a genuine site or would of heard back from some form of customer service! Plus after 6 weeks what is going on? There are no reviews out there for this company either?
