Never again. After being highly recommended and reviewed I went to the Westcroft branch for a bikini wax. The lady was pleasant enough but the room was filty with (amongst other things) wax splatter and bin overflowing. As it was the end of the day I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I booked in with Anita at Furzton thinking I would get the same high standard of service others get. Wrong. I was made to wait while Anita and her friend unpacked boxes (chocolates I think) then took some out to the car. She then proceeded to smell her friends perfume several times and have a chat outside. When she came in and took me through she sat me in a chair (I was there for a bikini wax) and got make up pads out. She didn't know what I was there for. Not impressed I walked out. I don't know what's different about me that I got such a poor service but I won't be giving them a third chance.

Regarding your first visit to our Westcroft salon — it was towards the end of the day, and while the bin may have been full, the room was certainly not filthy. If something felt off, it would’ve helped if it was mentioned at the time or even afterwards, so we could have addressed it immediately.
Your second visit was at our Furzton branch with Anita herself. At that moment, she was briefly helping a colleague who was suffering from back pain by transferring wax supplies (not chocolates — it was chocolate-coloured wax) to her car. Anita did apologise to you for the short delay.
When she returned, she made a genuine mistake — she assumed your appointment was for eyebrows and seated you accordingly. This could have been corrected on the spot if you had simply mentioned it was for a bikini wax. Instead, you left without a word. We're saddened by that, because sometimes a small misunderstanding is all it takes — and clear communication can easily resolve it.
We’re all human and not above making mistakes. But we do care deeply, and always strive to give our clients a warm, professional experience.
Although you said “never again,” we’d still love the chance to make it right. We invite you to come back and experience our service without filters. I really had a beautiful glow, the girl hina is very kind and she did a good job and very professional.
Just returned from having my nails shellac'd, great choice of colours followed by a wonderful facial treatment which was very relaxing. Both were done by Lila. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and have booked for next time.

This is the best salon in Milton Keynes - always a warm and friendly welcome. Really helpful advice and the treatments are first class. Lucy is just the best beautician I cannot recommend highly enough.
I love going to Anita's at Furzton, everyone is so friendly, helpful and the treatments are great. Lucy is a fantastic waxer so gentle and careful and all of a sudden she's finished!! I also have Lucy for manicures and pedicures, and I've never been disappointed with her work especially when it's a special occasion. I would definitely recommend both Lucy and the Furzton branch of Anita's to anyone

My daughter and I are regulars at Anita's Beauty salon. We are always made to feel welcome by all the staff at Furzton and Westcroft salons. Our treatments were enjoyable and perfect again today.

I'm having laser treatment here and I always have my nails done. The treatments are very good and the staff are very helpful. I love it because it's 10 mins drive from me and the prices are good.
My first visit to Anita's Beauty - First impressions. The salon is easy to find and parking is free, always a bonus in Milton Keynes. It is a busy salon which to me shows it is good. The staff were friendly, and welcoming. I went for a full leg wax. It was quick and painless as above and my beautician was professional. I have blonde hair which has caused problems with other salons. I often spend time showing them places they have missed as the hair is hard to see (except by myself). But I was completely happy with the results.
I have started visiting this salon recently after a few poor experiences with other salons and won't be going anywhere else in the future. Anita makes me feel completely relaxed and the surroundings are really comfortable. The service she provides is fantastic value for money and she somehow even makes waxing a pleasure!
