Great cord, but…
Shipping status notifications and quick delivery GREAT!!!
The cord is VERY STIFF making it awkward to use your phone while it is connected to the charger. I ordered the 10 foot cord, but it’s only 7.5 feet. I just measured it. For the price paid, I’m unhappy.
I won’t purchase from this company again.

Anchor sound bar cable
I bought an anchor sound bar and I had a cable for it. All of a sudden one day the cable just kept falling out and the sound bar would not come on, so I went on anchor‘s website and found the sound bar cable. The wire cable hurt when it came in the mail I opened it up and the sound bar came on and works great as of today thank you anchor you make great product.

Quality products coming in clutch
I was looking for a power bank that I could take for my overseas trip. The website was good to browse through. I even up getting the Anker prime power bank. Yesterday we suddenly had a power outage. My dad has nothing to watch abd my laptop only has 30% of power. I even up using the power bank to charge my laptop while I used a portable Blu-Ray player to play a DVD for him. It lasted the whole documentary, charged my laptop to 99% and the power bank still had 28% left over. I am highly impressed with how it handled the power situation. Now I will look into their bigger power generators for multiple small devices and effectively one to power our home.

I bought a phone charger and it never arrived. Now they want me to file a report, but I don't need to. I'm going to find another company to buy a different charger from, and they can keep their junk. I'm very angry and dissatisfied with the service.
