Deceptive advertising & Unethical business practice
Legitimately they run some of the scummiest business practice I've seen. I have an older Eufy Robot that says on the App qualifies for a trade in. I see the robot is heavily discounted on their website so I figured that anything I get for this with the discount is a good deal. Low and behold, the only way I get a trade in offer is if I buy the robot at full retail price from their site while they have a near 40 percent promo running on it. So I'd be spending more money to trade it in than if I was to buy it without trading it in. I contacted support because I couldn't imagine as a business owner myself who runs ad campaigns that this is actually intentional. Why would they not stack a trade in credit with the robot that's on sale. It turns out that it is intentional. And they pretty much told me to not do the trade in and just buy it discounted from their site because they dont allow trade in + an already discounted robot because those are 2 promos when trade in isn't a promo by any means of the definition because I am giving them something back in return (my old robot). Unethical advertising method. Calling a trade-in as a promo is dishonest because you're giving me credit in exchange for my robot that should be allowed to then be used to purchase the robot you have on sale. Punishing the customer for trading their robot in. Just unethical and deceptive business practice all around.
Even their response to my complaint is suggesting that I reach out to fix the problem when they should be asking what they can do to remedy the situation + my contact. That’s how customer retention. They clearly don’t care enough when they put the onus on me to reach out for “clarification”

Had a product which was part of a recall. I have bougth it second hand and had no receipt.
Wrote them, speedy, qualified and polite answers and have now received a free of charge new and better product.

I have a natural stone shower with poor ventilation. I have used oxiclean and other cleansers with only fair results. I tried your product and with the special skinny brush was able to easily clean my grout and floor and walls. I did note it works best when still wet vs allowing the cleaner to dry. No soaking needed!
