The store has an interesting range of clothing, homeware and gifts, etc. My gripe is with the unhappy and unhelpful staff, I came out of the shop feeling worse than when I went in, a smile costs nothing

Bought a new Barbour Corbridge Jacket from Anna Davies.co.uk. The most competitive price I could find anywhere on-line for this particular item. Ella Ward was extremely helpful, checked stock availability and called me straight back. Super speedy delivery, order placed 11:30 on Thursday, jacket delivered 11:00 Friday. Superb customer service. Highly Recommended.

Saw lovely slate table mats in store, but as they didn't have enough had to order for later delivery. Half the mats which were sent were of poor quality; but I when I contacted the shop, the Manager, Pete Ward, was exceedingly unhelpful, saying merely I could send them back but not agreeing to exchange for better quality. Having spent over £200 I expected proper customer service. I wouldn't shop there again.
