Beautiful necklace purchased for my daughter’s birthday. ❤️

Ordered a name necklace but asked for the a to be not capital. I wasn’t informed that they couldn’t do that and subsequently when the necklace arrived with a capital A I emailed the company to be told they couldn’t do it. Then I was told it could be done but the machine had to be changed, I returned the necklace at a cost of £9.31 to me. The new necklace with a lowercase a has arrived now but if I’d been informed that the company couldn’t do what I asked I would have purchased elsewhere. This wasn’t a cheap piece of jewellery so would have expected a bit more communication.
It is packaged beautifully but won’t be buying from them again.

Oh Anna was absolutely amazing at a child festival. My boys were fascinated with the cards they pulled and what they meant and the meaning of the crystals they were drawn too!

I decided to take one of Anna’s retreat days as it was close to my house and I fancied a ‘me’ day and wow.. what an experience. It was truly lovely, in beautiful surroundings and Anna is just fantastic at what she does. A total natural.
I can’t recommend enough, the food was extraordinary! A lot of people from London and I can see why, a total break from city life into complete serenity.. I HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars all round.

What an incredible retreat by Anna @annalouwellness! ❤️🙏✨ The peaceful countryside setting, complete with a cozy cottage and a serene pool, created the perfect space to unwind and reconnect. I truly felt my heart open during the sessions, allowing me to release tears and find a deeper connection with myself. The sound bath by Mela (while we were floating on the water, cosmic!) was absolutely incredible, leaving me with a sense of calm and renewal. And I have met the most incredible group of independent women. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking true inner peace✨✨✨

I emailed the owner of this business on Friday to chase up the status of my order which has been pending since last month, I was fobbed off with an excuse last month that the connection broke (if the connection broke right out of production - there's a problem!), she then claimed 'it was now looking great blah and some more blah' and she would send via DPD. It's now 5th August and no tracking and no necklace. Ok I'm down £38.50, but the reputational damage for the owner of this business will be expeditious and loud.

Although the order arrived a little later than expected the communication regarding this issue was fantastic, as
was the quality of the product - extremely pleased with the jewellery.

I had a negative experience with an order I placed for a personalised birthday present in June via Not on the High Street. Due to errors on the seller’s side, it took over a month to receive my order. Initially, the seller mixed up the order and sent it to the wrong address. After contacting the seller, she apologised and organised a collection, but that process took nearly two weeks. Eventually, I received the correct order, but the necklace was faulty. Despite wanting to cancel my order at that point due to the lack of care, I decided to give the seller another chance. I had to contact the seller multiple times to get the necklace fixed and delivered with no luck, so I had to go through customer service to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again.
Update: the metal has tarnished, even before wearing.

I had an issue with the original necklace I ordered as the finish wasn’t up to scratch. I contacted Anna and she offered to send me a new necklace free of charge. The necklace arrived and it is perfect :) very happy!

The retreat looks so marvellous and all communication has been so clear and professional. Exceptional and I haven’t even been on the retreat yet!

Beautiful jewellery and quality. Excellent service. I needed the earrings to be sent quicker than usual as it was present and they went out of their way to do it and called me to tell me.

Very disappointed with this purchase.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter’s birthday 3 weeks ago. I was advised on 17 June that the order had been shipped and that I should receive the order soon. A week later and my daughter’s birthday now gone, still no necklace. When tracking the shipment I am advised that the parcel is ready to be shipped and not at all shipped like I was notified by Anna Lou last week. Only the parcel data has apparently been shipped thus suggesting that DPD are waiting for the parcel from Anna Lou…
I contacted Anna Lou for an update on the order last week but so far no response. I did receive though two requests for a feedback so here it is… At this stage I am simply hoping to receive what I have paid for and can only hope that the quality of the necklace will not match the quality of Anna Lou’s client service.

I received the necklace broken. One of the end beads is loose. Very disappointing to have to spend money taking it to a jeweler to fix it.
