They were very helpful and understanding to the wrong address that was on package. Helped me with finding it and having it reshipped to me at the correct address. Have made multiple orders and have now bought over a hundred diamond dot projects. All kits have been complete, fit well, and went together without problems. The one kit that was short only a few diamonds, customer service was quick to replace the needed ones. Very much appreciate their courteous prompt customer service.

I had been notified that my order had been delivered but was not on my doorstep were it would have been left. When I contacted Annsberry, they checked the tracking number and then my address was verified.
They were prompt in letting me know what they had found.
I am embarrassed to say that the order had been delivered earlier in the week, but not on the date I as notifed. I was treated kindly. I have ordered many items from Annsberry in the past few months and will definitely continue.

This is the second time I've bought from Annebuy, I like them as the pictures are different to other crystal art. They deliver on time within 3 weeks also any queries they answer straight away.

I had ordered custom picture .They wrote and said they could not do the picture because the size I picked was wrong.
