Shocking customer service

My engagement ring and our wedding bands are from AV. They were bought on their Liberty and Selfridges concessions.

The diamond in my engagement ring fell and was lost, and we tried to contact AV to see if we could replace it as it’s such an important piece of jewellery for me and I am distraught.

Two weeks, three emails and an Instagram message later we have not received a reply.

This is disappointing and not something I would expect from a brand like this.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Anonymous emails, no call centre, complete unwillingness to help

I already own a lot of jewellery from Annina Vogel (bought while they were in Liberty) - but would warn people against shopping with them online. It’s high risk to use a company in which you can’t trust the service for such expensive items.
