Great experience from a lovely employee
I went to the bluewater store and had a lovely employee, Holly, help me the entire time. She made me feel very comfortable and had a lot of knowledge about what I needed and helped me from start to finish! I never knew I had been wearing the wrong size band and cup and without her knowledge I’d have never realised. Great experience will definitely be back soon to purchase more!

I purchased Womanizer original Premium 2 clitoral Stimulator in store lakeside Thurrock.
Firstly there were no demonstrators available for to hold switch on or handle. Secondly there was only one available boxed and in black and gold.
Considering its price tag of £170. Spoke with sales assistant and was reassured the Womanizer was an excellent upgrade from the Romp rose stimulator which was a third of the cost. I made the decision to purchase, what an awful piece of kit.
The material (kind of suede) was difficult to handle especially slippy when handling with lub hand. The buttons are same colour and hard to distinguish.
Unable to climax I’ve persevered and tried on more than a few occasions with same unsatisfactory results.
I do not know who I am more upset with Womanizer for producing this or with Ann Summers who I have tried to contact on line only to encounter a robot there’s no human to speak with. I completed their on line enquire form without anyone responding to me.
At least other sellers namely Love Honey have a telephone customer service and they actually offer a satisfaction guarantee not money back but vouchers to redeem against a new purchase.
Come on Ann summers get with the programme! Provide customer service provide a range in store which is outside the box! How on earth can you expect customers to purchase with confidence an item of £170.
Ann Summers stick with selling knickers if you’re not going to provide a satisfaction guarantee!
I have been contacted by Steve from Ann Simmers and yes I wish to send a copy of my purchase receipt and discuss the matter
I have screen shots from the online robot which I followed up with my contact info and no one responded. I have the original till receipt
And I have copy of my bank account where I attempted to return the unopened item to Romford store I made 6 attempts for a refund and the Romford store manager got into tech dept and still they were unable to give me a refund so I was obliged to keep it. All of these failures were none of my making. Thank you Steve for finally making contact. Ideally I would like to return the item for a full refund.

I visited ann summers in the bullring and was looked after by Rebecca who was bloody amazing, ann summers doing customer service correct, this lady run round fetching and fitting bras for me like crazy no huffing and puffing when I kept changing my mind she was superb i bought to lovely fitting bras and she ordered me a bikini. She actually made my day how lovely she was. It's a shame I do not live here and we do not have a shop where we live as I would probably spend a fortune. All the staff were fabulous and it was a pleasure to actually shop thankyou x

Beautiful lingerie.
Bought some lingerie for my wife and found the site had all sizes available to choose from and many choices of styles and colours so I could find exactly what she asked for. There was some quite unusual items as well!! (But we will ignore them!) Site was easy to use and order arrived next day. We were both amazed at the quality and detail in the items. They fitted perfectly and she looked beautiful. She was really impressed with the fit and how comfortable it is. Must admit I was expecting it to be a bit "costume like" and cheap looking. NOT AT ALL! Really impressed.
