I called the shop and spoke to a girl she didn’t quite know what I was asking for but told me she would get someone to call me back but I’m still waiting for that call ?

Really fast efficient delivery, very good company to deal with.

Cost of postage to the Isle of Wight was exorbitant at £12.95 for a small 4” cube size parcel. Basically I was ripped off as normal Royal Mail rates apply to the Island so I expect the actual cost was no more than £3! Not sure
I’ll be using them again unless they review their rates. A partial refund would help!

I called with very limited options in terms of what kind of anode I could use on my boat.

Jessica was extremely helpful and provided me with the information I required to order the anode I needed.

I would recommend anode outlet to any fellow boater.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to begin with. However, I followed up with a phone call and Jessica answered, she helped me out within minutes. Extremely happy and will definitely be using again.

Great price, quick delivery.

Very long delivery and untruthful about being dispatched. Anodes took 10 days to be delivered, worse than that is lying - saying they were dispatched on Saturday when in reality they were not dispatched till Monday evening. If you read this Anode Outlet, creating a tracking number is NOT dispatching items!
I could have got things delivered from China quicker than this lot.

The time between getting the boat out of the water inspecting the anodes and replacing same is all important re boat yard availability and costs.
Anode Outlet totally failed here.
The anode price was okay though available from more reliable suppliers.
Delivery was shown in stock but was not taking a week to dispatch and then compounded by the useless delivery company royal mail.

Disappointing to say the least. placed an order with a time limit as it said if they don't have in-stock they contact you. I emailed them when I ordered to say if they couldn't get it out quickly to cancel the order. They contacted me to say they couldn't so I said unless they could ship overseas to cancel the order as noone would be at delivery address after 3 days. (We were going off sailing). Then contact ceased and then I got emails to say the order was being sent anyway and now I can't get product or money back and noone is answering my emails. Total con really consider buying from a more professional organisation.

Ordered anodes on Mon albeit after "next day" deadline so expected delivery Wed. Nothing seen so on Thurs, emailed. No response. Phoned and they said "we're just picking the item now". Got courier confirmation of pending shipment but package still not delivered to them. Another email on Friday ignored. Boat back in the water tomorrow, a week after my order placed.
Edited to say, called them again today (Mon 10th). They had not shipped the anodes due to some stock issues, full refund issued.
