BAD !!!!!
This is a No-Go company for me.
There was an earlier review from my side already, and after some communication I was asked the change the review, because there was at least some reaction from Anodyne, just tranferring the paid money back to me.
The full story:
I ordered 2 shirts, in the package also this wash bag and a booklet with excetsises.
The delivery did not reach me for weeks, then I claimed.
After some back and forth emailing, Anodyne said, parcel lost, they will send a new one. Another time I waited quite long. I claimed my money back and this I got also done within 2 working days.
I was placing new order, different payment method. And again I am waiting......
In the meantime the dreplacement delivery from the first order was coming, BUT: just one shirt.
From the new order, also by the tracking app from Post Nord, I do not know anyting, just that Post Nord was getting a prenotification. Also from the booklet about the excersises nothing to see at all. I am absolutey dissapointed with the service of this company.
@Anoyne: it does not make any sense to ask me again for editing this review, no chance - I will not do it.I do not care anymore, and deleted you company from my scope.
