THERE IS NO POINT IN OPENING THE CHAT WINDOW BECAUSE NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I’VE ALREADY LEFT 5 DIFFERENT MESSAGES USING THE ONLINE FORUM, BUT DIDN’T GET A SINGLE REPLY BACK.
