Bought the ansio interior dehumidifiers (10 pck) after reading all the positive reviews on Amazon. Unfortunately I won’t be giving one because they don’t work. Not one dehumidifier (currently using all 10) has removed any moisture from my damp cellar or helped with condensation on my bedroom window. After twelve days, all ansio dehumidifier tubs are dry as a bone. Would not recommend!

They dont work at all.

Tried in vain with all 10 in the pack - -left them everywhere for 2 weeks, no water collected.

They supliers are insulting our intellegence and STeaLING money!!

Bought the ten pack… they don’t work at all sadly.

I have bought a few fans from Ansio over the last few years. My latest purchase was back in July 2022.

Unfortunately the unit became faulty in Sept 2022 so was out of warranty.

I contacted Ansio and fully explained the issue, along with Photos, a Video illustrating the issue

There customer support team were 1st class and kept me informed of progress through my correspondence with them. The process was stright forward and too the point.

Albeit Ansio were not legally obliged to resolve my problem. They accepted the unit i had purchased should give me a better service time than it did.

Consequently Ansio have agreed to give me a full refund of the monies i paid for the fan in July 2022. Credited to my bank.

I consider Ansio to be trust worthy and honorable in their business dealings.

My replacement fan will be an Ansio.

I am truly impressed at the level of service and honesty of this company. Commendable in this day and age and for once not what i expected.

Had a problem with my garden sprayer. There was nothing on the sprayer to indicate manufacturer but I think I bought it from Screfix. There was a rubber plug which opens to allow air pumped into the sprayer and it had perished.
I searched the net but most spares were for specific manufacturers. I decided to opt for a pack of Ansio rubber accessories.
To cut a long story short, the pack arrived quickly and inside was exactly the piece that I wanted.
One minute later the sprayer was working like new. Thanks Ansio

They messed up my order, can’t get through on phone. System tells me to send an email! Terrible customer service (in fact non existent)

Bought a kettle after looking at reviews for well-known makes and having short term use out of them .. My Ansio kettle is great and would recommend to all

Reason 1 star is due to delivery.

We ordered de-humidifier end 30th November constantly changed delivery date due to Covid & transport ! We continued to receive further updates all via email putting back delivery but became frustrated as last update saying jan 2023 almost 6 weeks after ordering . I therefore contacted them they now saying tried to deliver 1Dec next day after ordering . ????? No record of notification received now saying out of stock what dreadful customer service on every level .

Ansiopot. Bought one two years ago. No recipes, so unable to use bread or rice programmes. Emailed asking for recipes, and promised them as soon as they could get some. Two years later and multiple emails, they now say they cannot get recipes. There are loads of recipes on the internet.
What a load of lazy useless tossers.

Faulty unit! Customer service awful takes ages respond when I want a refund!!

Ansio makes the Ansio Interior Dehumidifier which is sold to remove humidity from the atmosphere in the home. We received a pack of ten of these dehumidifiers. Last weekend we removed the foil cover on all of them and placed them in each room. Did they work - NO. This product did not work - no evidence of dehumidification either on the windows where water collects on a cold day, or collection of any water in the base of the product after 6 days of use. Suggestions: redesign this product so that it actually works, or withdraw it from sale!

I am extremely disappointed with Ansio and the very poor level of customer service. I purchased a bath mat and the money was taken out immediately from my bank account with no email confirmation was sent. I had to keep chasing it and then had to send a screen shot of the payment and the product. I had to chase this about 5 times after and was continually fobbed off. I had organised for the product to be sent to a convenience store and then Ansio said it had been delivered to the house and I should check with family members and neighbours. It hadn't been sent to my home address or the shop either. They even tried to say it had been delivered to the convenience store a week earlier (which was also not true as they hadn't even given me a confirmation number by that point) I phoned the shop anyway but surprise surprise they hadn't received anything. So much hassle just to buy a bath mat. Would never buy anything from them again!!
