A disastrous first impression

A disastrous first impression - Having listened to a call recording we were disappointed with the way our call was handled namely:
• The agent could not say our company name (this has been an on going problem and I had been assured that this was resolved)
• The agent has not taken down the potential clients name correctly (we got 'Terry' instead of 'Tony' – this is unacceptable error for a paid answering service)
• The message was incomplete based on the information the caller gave during the call.

As a result of this we sent an email to this potential client saying ‘Dear Terry’ and not ‘Dear Tony’ and the onwards confusion has been embarrassing and made us look unprofessional. A poor first impression and we all know you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I will be looking at alternative answering services.

We used this service as a trial to ascertain the levels of potential business outside of normal opening hours.

The set up was quick and painless, and having listened to some of the calls, they're advisers delivered an impeccable response to our needs.

Would recommend for small and large businesses alike.

FANTASTIC ANSWERING SERVICE

FANTASTIC ANSWERING SERVICE

We have used the services for over 11 years and it is fantastic and provides us with a great customer experience for our clients. Our clients are able to contact us 24/7 by using the answering service.

Dallas is our account manager and she is always on hand to review all schemes/processes. We aim to review/catch up every 3 months - making any amendments required and providing any feedback.

Health Provider

We are currently having an Answer4U call management pilot.I have used a number of call management organisations and can quite honestly recommend Answer4U for ease of set up. Account managers are knowledgeable and respond quickly, staff/operators are courteous and polite and five stars for having all data and staff 'onshore'.

Running a property company can be…

Running a property company can be time-consuming, juggling the demands of tenants, rent collection, managing voids and dealing with maintenance issues. With Answer4u, I know no matter what time a call or query is made to my business number it will be dealt with professionally and politely by and experienced agent who will then email or text the information to me, keeping me updated 24/7 and giving me the freedom to respond when convenient.
