We can't recommend Kim highly enough. Her honesty, care, knowledge and attention to detail was really impressive, as she helped create my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We're really pleased with the craftsmanship of the jewellery, which is excellent. We've also commissioned a remodelling of a ring into a necklace, with which again, Kim has been amazing.

Kim at Marlow has been amazing in helping us choose a special birthday ring and helping with the resizing of my engagement and wedding rings. The service we received has been superb from when we first visited to collection. Thank you for such amazing service.

George helped us to craft both our engagement ring and wedding bands and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
The engagement ring process was second to none, with great levels of care and attention given to every stage of the development, from designing the bespoke ring to choosing the stone.
When we then came to select our wedding bands the same level of service was given, we had chosen an irregular shape for the engagement band so he advised on the best design to suit and helped to ensure that both rings were stunning in their own right. Incredible end results and fantastic service - thank you!!

My partner Tom made an appointment with them as we was looking for our bespoke engagement ring , and we meet with George who allowed us to try on some rings in the store to see what we liked and didn't like, which took a while with me lol , we ended up being draw to the halo cushion style rings , we made a further appointment with him to discuss the ring and band for a bespoke piece to be made , I can't explain enough how much experience George has , he provided us with advice with what we should have coupled with what we liked ,and what would work best it was fantastic advice , he was absolutely amazing and we had so much trust in his experience that he would get the bespoke ring right , without his direction I think we would of been lost.

he sourced the diamond we wanted with no problem, and gave us an idea of the band we should go for

After a 3 months our engagement ring was made , he also included the drawings of the ring which was amazing, which was a little request from me and he didn't forget. Thanks George :-)

My partner collected the ring which I did not see at first , until he proposed , when I first saw the ring I couldn't quite believe it , it was absolutely stunning better than I imagined, me and my new fiancé was blown away

Went into Windsor branch because my crucifix’s very fine gold chain was broken. I needed it for my confirmation on Saturday. They absolutely moved heaven and earth to repair the chain, in time for Maundy Thursday. Great service!!

My fiancé and I happened across Anthony Paul Jewellery in Windsor as I had been struggling to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring. We met George (who usually works from the Henley branch) who was so helpful and friendly, he had a look at my engagement ring and suggested some lovely wedding band options. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and suggested a few options that would work and quoted how much each would be, there was no hard sell or pushy selling tactics whatsoever. I felt like we were talking to a friend! We were so happy with the experience and the price we went ahead with having a wedding band designed and created by them - I can't wait to see the finished product and will be sure to leave another review once we have it however I have every faith it will be perfect!

Highly recommend seeing these guys for any jewellery needs, great customer service, honest advice and an all round brilliant experience!

I had my emerald ring repaired by them. They did a very good job and the ring looks better than it did originally. The repair took a little longer but they kept me updated.

Very friendly helpful service replaced sapphire in my ring and refurbished and cleaned now looks good as new Price very reasonable

And this is why we need to keep local businesses going. We had two watches repaired here, one that has sentimental value more than anything else and we didnt want to just accept that we couldn't use it again. The watch is a good as new, the watch hands repaired and a new watch strap, we were kept informed and great friendly customer service. Would very much recommend this lovely business.

My wife and me visited the Marlow shop just by chance to see if her silver chain could be repaired we received excellent service from Kimberly who promptly with her expertise was able to fix the chain we will in future for what ever reason use your shop in Marlow and recommend for future to family and friends.

Just purchased a lovely little 5 stone diamond ring in the Marlow shop for my 50th Birthday. Sold by a lovely lady Kimberly with no pressure to purchase, even gave the rings i was wearing a clean while we went for a coffee. Many thanks Kimberly
