Melissa and Dan have been absolutely fantastic with my mum and I. Their communication is great without being too pushy and at a sensitive time for mum I didn't want her to be overwhelmed, everyone has worked hard to put us at ease and to make this situation easier. Thank you to them both

We have just completed on our property purchase and I cannot thank Tayla in Sales Progression enough. To be honest, we had a nightmare experience with our solicitors, who were incredibly slow and unresponsive. If it wasn’t for Tayla, I don't think we would have reached completion. She was absolutely relentless in chasing them up when they were ignoring us, and she was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed an update or just needed reassurance. She completely went above and beyond her role to bridge the gap in communication caused by the legal team. If you use Anthony Quirk, you are in safe hands with Tayla!

Ella-Rose and Ella were both amazing at helping us find somewhere. They were brilliant ambassadors. Following the sale and the finding of our forever home communication became a bit spasmodic with us having to initiate the conversation. Promises of call backs didn’t materialise, however in the midst of this we then got our guardian angel Lenny. Professional, patient and exemplary at her job. As soon as she was involved everything was brilliant. I can’t praise this lady enough.

We have dealt with Anthony Quirk several times, they are honest and make you feel like you are their only customer. Our first experience with lettings was handled by Nicola Rattenbury this year, she is an exceptional lady with people skills, determination and empathy. It certainly was a pleasure doing business with this company. Gold stars all round.

From the beginning Ella & Ella Rose kept us updated to date with all viewings & feedback. Once offers happened Emma & Chris had to work their socks off negotiating with very tricky buyers which wasn’t helped by the estate agent for the Jewish community who complicated things & made their job process so much more stressful than it needed to be. Emma & Chris shielded us as buyers from the stress caused as much as they could & it was so good to feel like we had people on our side, we will always appreciate this.
Once a sale was agreed the wonderful Jayden & Emma got on board. They liaised with other agents & solicitors in such a professional way & were always feeding back to us what was happening. We have zero complaints about this wonderful team as they work so hard to get you what you want. Keep up the amazing work that you do team & look after each other 🙂

Very Happy with the team at Quirk & Co, service very good and kept in touch with regular updates. I can’t recommend them enough, just wish I instructed them in the first instance as I wasted a lot of time with another local Agent.
