Can't cancel!?!?! Don't use the service?!?!?! This is criminal and will be reported!!! My daughter signed up using my card as a minor solicited too!

The most unethical service ever!

After telling me that they was ready to give me refund, but was unable to do so because my card was declined. However my card works and it was just fake act of kindness. They never attempted to make a refund, just make it like they try and there was a my problem.

I never had such worse experience with online services. Never try this one, the chegg and other is better in terms of customer support.

Similar experience, you cannot login to your account, so no option to cancel. Had to cancel my credit card to get out of recurring charges.

Scam, do not use.

This was advertised as free then a choice of payments came up. I paid for a week then cancelled on day 6. The website acknowledged this but I had no confirming email, then was charged for the whole month.
I emailed saying I'd cancelled and the response was to send them the cancellation mail (which I didn't have) then they would look at my "demand".
I couldn't reply to this mailing - returned by postmaster General - so have messaged again through their site - with little hope - and telling them not to use the word "demand" as I was polite and respectful. Not any more!

I am trying to cancel my subscription. The phone number for customer support has a recording that says they are not providing customer support via phone any longer and directed my back to the website. Trying through the website directed me to Trustpilot. There is no real place to cancel the subscription so I filled out a help request. Have not received an answer. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION?????

My granddaughter was looking for a site to help with essays. She signed up with 123helpme. They charge $2.00 and if you did not cancel in 48 hours, you will be billed $29.95. My granddaughter canceled in time but my credit card was still charged. I notified them and they gave me the mumbo-jumbo that she did not cancel in time but she did. I notified my bank and told them that this company had charged my account. At the time, the charge was pending, so I had to call back the next day. In the meantime, 123helpme sent me an email and said that they would return the money, in which, they did. Since Antiessays is a sister company, in which, they do not inform you, they sent the bill to them. I notified my bank again and told that 123helpme had returned my money but they did a backdoor transaction with Antiessays. When you try to go on Antiessays to log in, you do not have an account with them, so how do they manage to do this. Please beware of these companies because it can cause you a lot of time, frustration and money. Also had to cancel my card because of all of this. 123HELPME AND ANTIESSAYS ARE A SCAM.

BEWARE. FRAUD COMPANY.ROBBERS. I was shocked to check my credit card statement today. They haver been taking out $41.15 out of my account every month without any consent from my side. This would have continued had I not checked my statement today.When i signed it was $2 for 2 days and then I cancelled my subscription. . Nowhere it was stated clearly that I will be charged $41.15 every month.when I complained I was told it is the premium charges. I asked them to send evidence that I have consented to that money being taken out of my account but they said it is automatic subscription. I am going to take legal action against them. It is my hard earned money and they cannot just go way easily.

I am a community college English professor, and I can tell you NEVER to purchase anything from Antiessays if your school or college has you submit your work into Turnitin. The essays you buy are not only plagiarized to begin with, each one has been submitted into Turnitin so many times that you're going to have a huge similarity index score, and your instructor will know exactly where your paper came from. I bust students constantly for submitting garbage papers that they get from this site. Don't risk either flunking a course that you paid good money for or getting yourself kicked out of your college or university by turning in this crap. I hate it when my students cheat, but even more than that, I hate it when someone cheats them. Unless you have an outdated luddite for a teacher who still does everything by 1950s standards, don't buy this trash. You will get caught, and your instructor will know exactly where you got the paper.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Can I rate this company a negative!?!?!?! They provide a link (on their HELP page after Googling how to cancel) to where, supposedly, you can "cancel your subscription," but the only option is to change your subscription. NOWHERE on their site is a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link/button/email!!

Bought one $2 essay several months ago. Just now realized that they've been charging me $30 a month for several months. No where to cancel and I have to get a new bank account.

Just like most people, I subscribed for a the two days for £2 and was charged £29.95!

Absolute scammers for low quality essay. This site needs to be investigated and reported.

Extremely upset about this and there was no visible and clear notice that £29.95 would be taken out if you don’t cancel after two days.

BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

Stay away!!! They will really take your money without noticing you. Signed up for $2 two day access, the next thing I knew $29 was taken out of my card and no refunds would be given. The essays were not even helpful, low quality like they were written by a six grade. Don't waste your money.

Awful company! Like everyone else charged me £29 when I only signed up for two days access for £2! Did not say anywhere that you had to cancel after. Ridiculous. I know you may want help with assignments and what not but PLEASE do not use this site, such a scam!! Hoping I can get this £29 back.

For those who need help on how to cancel, go to your account settings and scroll to the bottom, 'cancel membership' should be there :)

They took 29.95 like everybody else even though I just used it for one assignment. I knew I was going to cancel after, but I didn't know they would actually charge the amount right away. Wish I read these reviews sooner. I don't know how to unsubscribe. Does anyone know how to do it?

sUBSCRIPED ON Thursday noon....used 1 essay, 400words in total. Asked them to cancel on Monday as had no internet and their reply was the below....UNBELIEVABLE

You subscribed for the $2 trial for 2 days and did not cancel the subscription at the end of 2 days, so your subscription converted to a monthly subscription and you were billed $29.95 a month. I am sorry; Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer any refund. Members who cancel their account after the charge will still be responsible for the charge to their account. We will not charge you again as your account is canceled. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.

Took my money from my account without my permission. I just made purchase on the single item, which only cost $2. However, it started yo charge me month fee automatically. It is a really bad website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They tuck money out of my account without my authorization like why will you do thattttt??? And the essays are not even unique!
