I called earlier just asking if they were interested in buying 2 old telephones that I have (which states on there site, it’s worth contacting to ask) she cut me off before I could finish and spoke soo rudely the women’s a dog.. avoid at all costs
The part arrived and was a poor fit, the instructions mentioned nothing about having to wedge the microphone in place with a piece of foam!. I called to ask him why it didn't fit and he called me an Idiot. So rude!!!. All I wanted was help and he was so rude it prompted me to question his customer service, he then responded he was " not into dealing with idiot's". First time anybody's branded me an idiot when calling for advice.
