Intimidating copyright claims over AliExpress products/images
This company’s business practices are deeply questionable.
In my experience, Allied Maker is selling products that are widely available on AliExpress for public resale, using the same or near-identical product imagery, while simultaneously submitting copyright infringement notices against other sellers offering the exact same items.
These images and products are not exclusive and are publicly available through AliExpress, where suppliers explicitly allow resale. Claiming ownership over these materials and weaponizing copyright takedowns against competitors selling identical products feels misleading at best and anti-competitive at worst.
Rather than competing on design originality or transparency, this company appears to rely on intimidation and false copyright claims to suppress other businesses. That erodes trust and raises serious concerns about their ethics.
I would urge anyone considering buying from or partnering with this brand to do their own due diligence and look carefully at where these products actually originate
