Tech left the shower running for over 3 hours on HOT

I hired this company to fix a few plumbing issues before my final home appraisal. What I got was Carl—plumber, critic, and chaos agent—who entered my home with zero professionalism, nonstop rude commentary, and an attitude that made it clear he had no respect for me or the space.

Carl insulted every sink like it personally offended him. He yanked out the vanity drawer in my recently restored bathroom so hard it no longer fits. Then, without telling me or showing me anything after the work was supposedly done he took my $1200 payment and left. What he forgot to do was check his own work.... he left my shower running for over 3 hours. The result? My entire downstairs turned into a rainforest the night before my final home appraisal because of his negligence.

By the time I discovered the mess, condensation was everywhere. My big screen TV was raining on itself and now won’t turn on. My bedroom and back room both soaked up moisture. Now I have six industrial fans roaring 24/7 and I’m couch surfing for 3–4 nights because the area is too loud and torn up to sleep in because of Carls negligence.

Danielle, the company’s point of contact, has heard from me more this week than most people hear from their loved ones. They brought someone out to look at the damage and decided we needed to call a water restoration team out to figure out how much damage was done from Carl's negligence. Did I mention this all happened the evening before my final appraisal and inspection!?

I paid $1,200 and now I’m replacing electronics, cleaning my home again, and losing sleep—literally—because of this company’s mistake. After days of fans blowing my life turned upside down the company offered a $300 refund. What a slap in the face. Ive got more than $300 worth of damage due to Carl's negligence.

Bottom line: If you enjoy surprise saunas, broken fixtures, and the visual trauma of a plumber’s backside while he critiques your remodeling and destroy all of your hard work due to negligence this is your company. If not? Run. Just… run.
