Hi, novice with ants but alot of research done over the year. i have bought 3 different sets of ants from them and they all started to die the workers over the coming weeks, Queen was making eggs but they weren't hatching. They wouldn't touch the flies and or honey/sugar water. They gave me a new colony and eventually the Queen died - black ants. Went with the messor and again died after 3months. I tried to seek help to see what i was doing wrong and sent them screen shots of their products, to my amazement they said that its not their product and they said they would not help me and never replied back. No advice or any assistance whatsoever. Very poor customer service. Good delivery and equipment seems very good. I have all the habits and food for them.

so I have now changed my review I have a problem with their gypsum ant farm PVC warping after a few months and when I took it apart to clean the plastic had bent significantly, the company said they would not send me a replacement or refund but gave me a little discount on a new one, I also keep hearing the ant farm creak by itself due to the cheap plastic. I would avoid these products and find somewhere else to get your ant farm.
