i have been using softwares to download online videos for years. AVC is one of them. many times that other softwares don't work, AVC works very well.

I don't know if there is enough space here to say everything that is so great about this company. But beyond the actual product, the Customer Service has been as good as it gets since day one in my experience with them. Not only did they solve the problem but it was WITH ME, so I learned more about the products capability. They NEVER got discouraged with me as a customer even when I was a free user! They have never let me down and the issue HAS ALWAYS been solved within a day or two.
And just between you and me, most of the time the issue was of my ignorance. For that I apologize, but they never made me feel like a dummy.
I could go on about the customer service for this company, but they should just make a manual of what they do, and it should be mandatory training for every single company on Earth.
The product itself is a Godsend to me because I work AND think in imagery, and without AVC I would still be copying images and dialog by hand. I can construct a better product and learn from my previous work by being able to reference and footnote with credit, the materials I used to create a new prodcut of my own. And it only because I have been using AVC for what? Is it 10 years yet?
I don't remember life without it.

The helpfull "Eco" tried his best to unravel a glitch I had in d/loading files. After several attempts it now works. I want to thank him/her for their understanding and assistance. I don;t know where they are but the only down side was waiting min 24hrs for replies.

I have used this product for many years. It has been fabulous in assisting me to find and capture literally many scores of original recordings of 1950’s and 60s songs which otherwise I would not have been able to get. It is easy to use and quick, giving great results. What has prompted this is I have now moved from PC to iMac and I’m hoping to continue the use of it.

I find the software very useful, and the free version has extensive features. Their free customer support is very responsive, which was a pleasant surprise. They fixed one annoying bug in the software I reported in a timely manner, and responded to another issue in with a satisfactory explanation. Occasionally, upgrades are needed to keep the software running smoothly, due to external factors.

I love the seamless and simple downloading process and you don't get a lot of ads like the other sites that claim to be a video converter or downloader and it's a great quality of video and sound.

I have been using AVC to download and convert my video/audio for several years and have been very happy with the software. Recently I encountered some problems with an older version, so I sent an email the support team, seeking for help. The response from the support team was very quick, timely, thorough, and completely solved the problem. Excellent job!
