SAME COMPANY AS COSTUME SUPER CENTER

SAME COMPANY AS COSTUME SUPER CENTER. Absolutely horrible. I placed my order and paid for upgraded shipping. Item was supposed to be here 8/28. 8/26 Item still had not shipped. I called. Assured me it would be shipped that day. Wasn't shipped. 8/27 - called. Told me it would be shipped that day. Wasn't shipped. 8/28 - called (this is supposed to be day of delivery) and they are now telling me they will overnight it but I have called 2 times and I STILL HAVE NO TRACKING NUMBER. I need these for a WORK event. My job is dependent on this and they do not care.

Return nightmare

I have been trying to return an item for 6 days. Got the runaround through email, their 800 number on their website isn't theirs. Called another number and finally got through for them to tell me they will request the return label again. But if I want to just ship it back on my dime that's fine (which would be more than $7.99 that they charge). Finally searched their website to find their return policy and found a link that let me print a return label myself. Are you kidding me! No one advised me that I could do this.

poor quality.

Do not order from Anytimecostumes for the poor quality. I ordered another one from thshouse.com with a lower price, but not in quality.
