I needed an item that wasn't exactly as per the web site. Customer services were amazing in contacting the supplier, sorting out prcies etc. for what I wanted and arranging a very prompt delivery. Can't thank them enough, I managed to get exactly what I wanted without any hassle and the item is absolutely perfect. Couldn't rate everything more highly

I still won't be back!
Thanks for your response Katie, and for the £20 delivery refund though it still wouldn't tempt me back. I'm still out of pocket - I had frozen food ordered which was no good to me and I spent most of the abortive delivery day, and the evening on the phone trying to sort out the situation so I'm a day of work down, and an I've wasted an evening that could have been better spent. It was only when I dealt with Adam that the situation was dealt with - other staff made promises that they obviously had no intention of keeping. I work in customer services and I wouldn't do that.
I've told my friend that recommended you and he won't be back either. I don't expect another response - I appreciate that you're not that interested, like the majority of your staff it seems.

WOW!
WOW!! What great service. I ordered an item that I needed for a certain date and it stated that it was 'In Stock' on the website. In fairness it was in stock but the delivery date was later than I expected. The team at AO Home went above and beyond to make sure that my expectations were met and ensured the delivery happened. I am a fan and will use them again.....and the product was great!

Sawmill Beard Oil 10/10!
Ordered the Sawmill Beard Oil for myself as a little present. Not only am I totally happy with the product, my partner loves its effects. The difference in my beard is amazing. The delivery time was perfect and the customer service from AO Home was even better. Will be ordering again!
