Tech support got back to me quickly

Tech support got back to me quickly, and were quite helpful. The product (Cleverbridge) worked extremely well, too, and was easy to cancel when I had finished my task of moving some very large files between online storage platforms.

Despite not ticking their "Do Not Spam…

Despite not ticking their "Do Not Spam Me" boxes they continue to spam my inbox. Even if their software had worked I wouldn't be using them not after the spammage.

AOMEI support Owen Tan was excellent…

AOMEI support Owen Tan was excellent and delays or errors were due to my limited knowledge and understanding and the issue was not a software problem but a laptop issue changing drives.
Owen had a lot of patience with me thank you.

Easy partition merging!

I cloned a 128GB SSD to a 256GB drive. That left me a 128GB standalone 128GB volume. I used the AOEMI partition software to merge the two. Super easy no fuss no muss. I hit apply and walked off came back to a 256GB drive now. Super easy

Laptop shuts down during backup

Laptop shuts down during backup. I sent minidump file and error code. They responded asking me to send the mididump and error code. I sent them again and no response after 3 days.
