I love the eyeglasses from Aoolia. There are so many styles to choose from. Will buy again.

The frames itself are of reasonable quality for the price but its really difficult even with using their measurements to choose the correct size.
I ordered two frames and both were too big one slightly bigger than the other. The website makes it sound like they have an effortless returns policy. But if you arent based in the US the return shipping costs as much as the frames and youre responsible for the cost. They also make it difficult to return things by sending you multiple emails with questions before you can return it and the content of their emails I found manipulative and patronising. They offer a third store credit or half of that amount as a refund which with the cost of living today, is like giving you nothing.

They have really slipped with regards to shipping your glasses within the time frame. I also notice they manipulate certain lens add ons. Example depends on the frame or lens or both. Some will offer genX transitions and some do not. They will not answer the phone within the time frame on the website. This is a red light. Avoiding customers is a sign of problems.

I ordered some frames from this website but changed my mind a few hours later, so I emailed them requesting to cancel my order. Per the return policy on their website, customer's have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. I cancelled about 18 hours later. I get a response from Aoolia stating that they will not give me a full refund because I didn't cancel within six hours. I replied with a screenshot of their return policy on their website and quoting that the six hour rule was for when customer's went *past* the 24 hour mark. (So before 24 hours you get a full refund. After 24 hours up until hour 30 (6 hours later) they charge a 30% restocking fee. Then customer's get less of a refund, if any at all, as *more* time progresses). After I quoted their own return policy to them, they stopped responding to my emails and charged my card anyway. I would never recommend using this company.

Assuming they don't change their convoluted return policy; you can check on their website on the returns web page Under "Order Modification/Cancellation" it clearly states to refer to the six hour chart *after* 24 hours have passed.

The timing of receiving your order from this company is becoming extremely too long. It says 7 to 14 business days, lately been almost a month. It's becoming ridiculous to wait so long on something you've already paid for.. Zeelol is faster.

Do not order unless you are willing to wait a month for your order to arrive. I’ve been waiting for my glasses for almost 3 weeks and the prolonged delay was noticeable when ordering.

I purchased a frame only from Aoolia did not like them and wanted to return them for another most costly pair. I have sent photos of frames showing no wear r tear on frames and was promised once the photos were received and approved I would get $10 store credit towards another frame. Aoolia has reniged on this promise. I am frustrated in their evasiveness, lax in communication and unprofessionalism. I will move on taking a loss to a more reliable reputable company but I write this review in hopes that others will be aware of deceptive business Aoolia does and not waist their time or money.

Very disappointed with Aoolia’s customer service. I simply asked to return a pair of glasses that don’t suit me, and instead of a straightforward return process, I’ve been stuck in an unnecessary back-and-forth email exchange.
Aoolia does not offer tester frames, so customers have no way to try before buying. Despite this, the website clearly states that returns are allowed if you’re unhappy with your purchase. In reality, they are making this process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Returning a product should not feel like an argument. This experience has made me hesitant to order again and I would caution others to be aware that the return policy is not as smooth as advertised.
