Location central to Rugby

Location central to Rugby. Opposite an international Market so very noisy. A main road full of noisy cars at night. 1st day arrived and room hot so showered and went out. Arrive back at 10pm room sweltering ho t I checked phone and had an email saying how to operate A/C do at 10m clicked link nothing happened I contacted owners via WhatsApp and it was turned on I had £5 deducted I was informed it would be turned off at midnight for safety reasons.Not impressed it stated £5 a day. i reported our TV was damaged as could only see 65% of it promised it would be replaced next day. Next day woke up hot as no A/C in night returned at 4pm room was very hot. pit A/C on via App not working as had to pay again as its per Day not 24H .TV not fixed. Awful traffic noise with windows closed and noise of washing machine in back of room area.Tv not fixed. another £5 for A/c for 1.5 hours
