Ordered the Harriet bag in Stone as I wanted a roomy slouchy bag. Unfortunately, this bag just isn't great. I know this company has great reviews so I'll start by saying my standards are high - I own Balenciaga bags, Chloe bags, Marc Jacobs and Mulberry. However, I also own several Pom Pom London bags so I'm not a bag snob by any means! But this bag is just not worth the money. The little things matter and they're just not there. Firstly, this is a large bag and a pale shade to any discrepancies stand out like a sore thumb. It was full of small dints and creases, presumably from where it was stored prior to being shipped. Secondly, the raw edge style seams are just horrible. The bag looks unfinished and the leather does not 'pool' like I would expect a large slouchy leather bag to do, more creases in different areas. It almost has the appearance of being a paper bag, if I can describe the way it creases. This is not quality leather, I don't care whether it's made in Italy. For anyone who is used to seriously quality leather, this won't satisfy. It doesn't even smell of leather, it smells quite odd. The small zipped pocket on the back has a cheap nasty plastic zip as well, whereas the zip pockets on the side are metal zips. It's clear where they've cheaped out here. The zips inside are also the same nasty plastic and have the feel of those zips which will get stuck and fail at some point. The internal design is also strange with the two sections. Serves no purpose at all in a slouchy style bag. The short buckled strap has leather loops where the end of the buckle is fed into - these are just a strip of raw leather sewn into a loop. Not finished off. The only nice thing was the separate fabric Cappuccino Dot strap I ordered and I will keep this and use it with my Pom Pom London bags. The bag itself is being returned. I have no use for very small bags so I won't try any others. On the whole a very disappointing experience when compared to other similar companies I have ordered from.

I received the Bloxsome bag in plum for my special milestone birthday by my husband ~ obsolutely gorgeous so happy with it . I got the chain strap too for the evenings . It looks very classy .

Fantastic company and the bags are so well made. I am normally high end designer but these Apatchy crossbody bags really changed my mind. What is not to love about them.

Fantastic company. I have three of their bags and recently one of the zips came off.
I emailed to let them know and received a brand new bag.
It just makes such a difference when a company value their customers.
Will absolutely buy from them again - their bags are gorgeous.

This review is bittersweet.

Good news the bag is really beautiful, the quality is stunning.

The bad news, the advertising is simply wrong. The bag is very small, basically a phone bag and very rigid. The photos need to reflect the actual size.

On the whole extremely disappointing.

I love my bag and the accessories. Beautiful, versatile and excellent quality.

I looked everywhere for an olive green bag for an outfit for a day event... Came across Apatchy and bought the tassel bag with a wide fabric strap... also comes with a matching bag strap. Its gorgeous I had many comments over the colour and indeed a request from my Mother to buy her one for her birthday.. so I have... I have also bought several Christmas gifts and all of them look and feel beautiful. The quality is exceptional, and the gift wrapping is amazing.. A new go to shop for me..

I ordered an olive green tassel bag with animal print spare strap. It's a lovely bag, great value, and much stronger structure that keeps its shape than those I've bought elsewhere. I can't complain about the quality, I've used it lots, its as good as new, and had loads of compliments. I'd happily buy from them again.

Absolutely love my navy crossbody bag! this bag is superb quality and the service from this company is second to none. I would highly recommend 😊

So sad to be writing this but after just a couple of weeks enjoying my Apatchy bag the strap came off and the zip broke today as well!

I am just so shocked because I take great pride in my handbags and honestly expected better quality than this :-/

Perhaps I was simply unlucky with the quality of mine but given the price tag I won’t be buying a replacement especially because my bag is only a few weeks old got it for my 40th birthday in November 2021.

I ordered 2 hand bags. Delighted with the size of the first order but not the strap. The second bag was too small but liked the strap.

Contacted Apatchy was sent a return label and the money was paid back into my account within the specified time.

I ordered another hand bag and used the discount code I had previously applied. It did not work. Emailed Apatchy and they applied a new code and refunded the discount.

Customer service is second to none.
