Excellent Service
No hidden costs. We had the exact car we asked for ready and waiting. We also had a timely transfer back to the airport. Only problem is we can't use Apex in Sydney.

Brilliant
had no idea about car hire companies in Australia, but after a frantic search online the day we were leaving the uk, found Apex, arrived in Sydney and nothing but trouble with the car hire firm there, was pleased to leave it at the airport!! In Brisbane it was a total contrast, no add ons, so no arguments! so easy to deal with, the car was comfortable, service great! can't fault them at all, made the second part of out holiday hasstle free!! will definately use again on the next trip!!

Kei runga noa atu te umanga nei! My whanau and I (6) holidayed in Brisbane, September 2011. Apex was great value for money (in comparison to other companies we searched). The vehicle was prestine and ideal for our needs. The addition of the GPS (no cost) was fantastic as well as the option for unlimited toll service. Problem free, stress free. Communication through emails was efficient and immediate. The service was at all times friendly, informative and helpful. We too have recommended this company to others. We will use this company again.

Right from the start, from the easy to follow website ...through to the shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport... through to the friendly and helpful staff at the Apex Brisbane Airport Car Rental office, everything was just PERFECT. The big multi national brands could learn a thing or two from you guys!!

Great Service and cars
We found the service from Apex really good. The car was great value for money and was one of the best we have found on all our trips to Brisbane. The online booking service was really good as well as the service at the airport. We would definitely use them again.

Very happy that we chose Apex.
online booking was easy and all inclusive which is handy when crossing toll roads, no nasty surprises, but the car originally booked was not available due to other customers extending their hirage but that was lucky for us as Apex upgraded us to the next model for FREE. wonderful people to deal with, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which is also an inlcuded option. The car we got to drive added that extra bit of sparkle to our entire trip. Thank you Apex.
