Airport Parking and Hotels (APH.com) was founded in 1980 and is the UK’s leading independent pre-booked off-airport car parking provider. Primarily, APH operates park and ride services for air travellers looking for competitive prices and top quality service. In just the same way that park and ride serves busy town centres, so park and ride for airports does likewise; it allows customers to avoid the congestion and confusion of unfamiliar roadways and signage. It also saves them money with off-airport parking rates typically 10-15% cheaper than on-airport. APH also offers packages including a hotel overnight stay for those travelling longer distances or with very early flights.

APH asked for my review through email and 3 weeks later i haven't heard anything back so its only fair to post it publicly.
The reception staff were nice and friendly, and so was the guy that helped jump start my car. However, my car battery shouldn’t have been dead in the first place (it’s a fairly new battery that still works perfectly 3 months later). When I arrived to the car the boot carpet had been placed wrong so I could tell the car had already been jumped once, after starting the car by jumping it again then the hazards where on (probably why the car died the second time). Another really shit thing to note is that a small teddy I keep in the drivers door card (gift from my grandmother) was on the floor underneath the tyre of the car beside mine. Lastly I tracked my car a couple of times using an AirTag whilst I was away and it appeared to be on the road and not in within the parking facilities… adding to my suspicion that things weren’t done properly.

I do not recommend if you care about your car. I left my car for a 8 days trip, when I came bavk my car had no battery. They probably left some light on, after a jumper I managed to go home and next day the battery was dead again. I had to buy a new one and after contacting them, the support given by Sarah Counter was awfully disgusting.
Booked with APH after they were recommended to me. Sadly, I cannot recommend them to anyone else.
The process was straightforward enough, and from a service point of view, I cannot fault the staff who were friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, 5 minutes down the road after collecting my vehicle, I noticed significant damage to the windscreen.
It appears that while on site, the windscreen had been chipped, resulting in a crack to the glass. I had checked over the car when dropping it off, so not hard to spot the damage.
Really disappointing!

I cancelled my booking on 29th October and I’m still waiting for my refund. Trying to contact APH is shocking, you get passed through multiple AI agents before finally reaching a human, only to be given another excuse. I was told that because my payment was over 180 days ago, I now have to submit bank details and wait another 10 days for my money.
It feels like APH are trying to hold onto my money for as long as possible. This is not fair practice and completely unacceptable. I’ve had no refund, just delays.
They’ve now lost my custom for all future car park bookings. I won’t deal with companies that make getting a refund this difficult.

Parking was easy, buses were frequent and the driver helped us with our bags. On the return journey we accidentally left some duty free gifts on the bus. APH (Sarah - Gatwick branch) has gone to the trouble of sending these to us with a lovely note. She has gone above and beyond and it is very much appreciated. We would definitely use APH again!

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with APH Parking. I arrived at 1 a.m. with my two children, exhausted after our trip, only to find my car had a flat tyre. I went to the staff and asked for help to change it, as I had a 3-hour drive home ahead of me. Not one person offered any assistance.
It was the middle of the night, freezing cold, and completely dark — and I was left with my 16-year-old son to change the tyre on our own. No one even came to check if we were okay or safe. As a mother, I felt completely abandoned and unsafe. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. When you pay to leave your car with a company, you expect at least a bit of care and human decency, not to be ignored when you clearly need help. I will never use APH again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families travelling with children.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WITH MANCHESTER AIRPORT.
The day VIP service, but it has been the complete opposite. AVOID DAY BY DAY PARKING, BUNCH OF CROOKS
Dan and Mel who apparently run it are cowboys! They clearly employee local ex cons and drug addicts, as most employees have cheap chains and Nike trainers on, tats all up their neck or half their teeth missing and an aura to them like they are waiting for their next hit. It’s a circus!
I left my car with them for 4 days and came back to a mark on the side. I ran the main office straight away, I was still in the car park, and was told they would check CCTV and they’d get back to me. The boss “Dan” was on holiday so it will be around a week. I waited a week and a half, called again, was fobbed off.
This went off for 6 weeks. Every few days trying to get hold of someone… couldn’t get anyway. All claim Dan wasn’t free and they could do anything!
Finally called APH and after another few weeks of trying to sort this out, a lovely girl called Grace was able to get hold of Dan. He replied to her via email and she forwarded this on to me. The silly mf tried to say my car had been keyed at home or at work… like wtf! Claimed in all his time working, he has never seen a mark like this. It’s a joke!
He said to reimburse me the cost of my stay, and then, which is madness, says they would refuse other booking from me. Like I would ever.
Please do not support these local gangsters and conmen
Dan if you see this, call me you f er! You know who it is… I want a word with you

My experience with Car Park 5 was quite traumatic. Arriving a the car park was very easy and finding somewhere to park was not difficult. The problem was very stressful when leaving after a long haul flight. I arrived at the exit barrier expecting the bar to lift automatically however the screen was showing that I owed £581 for 10 days parking. I immediately pressed for assistance and I was asked for the booking reference number which I gave. The person through the intercom immediately said that this number was not recognised and was adamant that this was not the right reference number, however this was the only one I had. After about 5 minutes I was still not through the barrier and the traffic began to build up behind me. At one point drivers were getting out their cars to see what was going on. Eventually after a further 5 minutes the person behind the intercom instructed me to move back then forwards. The bar opened and no explanation was given into the reasons why I was delayed. I was very disappointed and Carpark 5 should be made fully aware of the bookings made through APH

So easy to book, park up,get on the bus and get to the airport and then back in reverse. Tony Moss our driver from Manchester airport terminal back to our car was extremely polite professional and helpful. A credit to his team.

Fantastic service from APH's Tony Moss at Manchester Airport yesterday afternoon. Very busy T2 and lots of returning holidaymakers wanting to get back to their cars. Not only did Tony get everyone safely on board the bus he also loaded everyone's luggage, organised us all calmly and efficiently with good humour and even had to wrestle with a passenger's huge golfing suitcase. Back at APH he helped to unload the luggage then even jumped onto the front desk to retrieve our car keys. 5* service

Easy at Luton, very quick, drop off and collection. Bus only took 10 mins.

Thank you so much to our driver Steve who collected us from Manchester airport today. He was so lovely and helpful. Carried all our luggage for us and put in the bus and took out for us too. Thank you again

Arrived at Stansted when there were significant delays following a fire. Found the staff at APH very helpful in mitigating the problems with our drop off. Very prompt pick up on our return.

Booked parking for a Sunday morning. Got an email on the Friday afternoon at 4pm that they decided to change my parking to another place. Emailed back and messaged on WhatsApp but never got a reply.
Edit - My vehicle is 2.1t and therefore under the 2.5t limit for the car park. There was no valid reason to change the booking.

I would like to thank Grace for her assistance with an amended booking, I’m not the best with online matters and she helped me step by step. Thank you

I had an early flight from Birmingham airport. I arrived in plenty of time leaving over 30 mins purely to park before getting the coach to the terminal and still could not find the car park as the barriers by the NEC (where the postcode and directions took me) were lowered.
I ended up having to park in the airport carpark which cost me another £400…
