It’s my second tattoo at Aphotic tattoo studio, this time with Kimmi. Her work is stunning and I am so pleased with my new tattoo. The whole experience again was excellent. Kimmi explained the process and I was made to feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about a tattoo to go and speak with Kimmi or Ben. Thank you so much!

What an amazing tattoo and experience, Benjamin did an amazing job doing a tattoo of me and my two sons. He took the most care of making sure my tattoo was centre and explained each step as he was doing it. I felt very comfortable with him doing my tattoo as the last place I went too I have a very negative experience!

The design that he did for the tattoo inspiration I sent him was a million times better! So in love with it and so is everyone who’s seen it. Amazing work, very happy with it. Couldn’t thank you enough!

Last week was my first day session with Benjamin but my 3rd time going to the studio. Every time I've been it has always been such a great, chill experience and the vibes are always immaculate with everyone inside. Ben especially made sure I was comfortable and happy all day and knocked out the most amazing piece to add to my leg. If you want to get a tattoo where you know you're going to be looked after, treated with respect and in an environment with no judgement, funny jokes and an amazing set of artists then I'd definitely go to Aphotic. They are the only studio I'll go to in Loughborough because I know I can trust that they will do everything to make sure you're comfortable and that you leave feeling amazing about whatever you decide to have done. I highly recommend Benjamin too, he's funny, talented, kind and extremely caring and has the best banter. Can't wait to get more art from Ben and also Kimmi since saying she wants to do a calcifer, I just have to book in for it! 💚

Tattoo artist was not forthcoming about her capabilities. The tattoo does not match any of the quality in the portfolio presented. Gave me a splotchy and uneven tattoo, twice the size of what I requested. Communication afterwards was hostile. Take your money elsewhere unless you want to be mutilated.

Been a couple of times now, with Amelia, would definitely recommend this tattoo studio. Amelia listened and advised on my ideas, very knowledgeable and with great professional advice.

An amazing tattoo shop, with fabulous staff. Everyone makes you feel so at ease and comfortable offering and providing drinks throughout your visit. Health and safety is very important to them. Keeping everything clean at all times and all of their products smell amazing.I spent pretty much all day with them first having a leg tattoo with Ben in the morning, who did a wonderful job and has such amazing talent when it comes to art work and design. Then in the afternoon a large back tattoo with Liam everything looks amazing, there was hardly any pain at all I'm so happy with the end result of both pieces and can't wait to go back for more work. I would highly recommend both Liam and Ben.

I started my chest piece with Kimmi this week, planted the seed of what I wanted and when I arrived for my tattoo, I was shown what she had created and was absolutely blown away! I would highly recommend this business and can't believe with their strong client base that there aren't more reviews, this company needs to be celebrated, from the communications, the layout of the studio, the coffees and complimentary lunch for day sessions, everything is meticulously planned out. The team are very supportive and highly skilled, looking forward to my next appointment and already in love with my new art after day 1 👍

I came in and had a touch up on a Previous Tattoo from Elsewhere ..This Tattoist has a Lovely feel about the shop as well as Lovely people Kimmi made me a drink whilst I was waiting then Amelia did the Tattoo I’m so pleased she explains Everything, and is so Gentle in her work and I love how there’s also separate cubicles for each individual very personalised which is Fab I wouldn’t hesitate to have another Tattoo with Amelia,Top Girl keep up the fabulous work and Thank you 👏👏👌💕

The studio is BEAUTIFUL, organised and well spaced. Hygiene was second to none.

The booking process was great, reminder emails and texts a huge plus and very reassuring to have all the details about cancellation etc laid out clearly.

Alexander was incredible, I'm really happy with my tattoo and the way he step by step explained everything about it- even if I had heard it all before- made me feel incredibly safe through the whole process. Already booked a second with him, no doubt to be followed by a third and fourth and fifth and sixth...

Really great experience getting my first tattoo done. Kimmi made sure I was comfortable throughout and I'm super happy with the results. I will definitely be going back to Aphotic for my next one!

Wow, what a tattooist !!! From design consultation to the finished tattoo, Kimmi is amazing.
If you need a tattooist and want quality then there is no one better in my opinion.
