We have just returned from a lovely two week holiday In Aphrodite hills. Aphrodite rentals have an excellent service from meeting us upon arrival at the resort entrance and showing us around the villa to always being at the end of the phone with a very quick response to any questions.

Didn’t want to leave
Beautiful, light, bright apartment with gorgeous views to the sea and a wonderful breeze at all times. Everything was immaculate. Kitchen had all I needed. Thank you to Katie, Tracey and team for the wonderful welcome basket which I enjoyed thoroughly. Didn’t want to leave! Will certainly be back! Thanks for everything xx

Perfect villas and location
It's the 4th time I have stayed with Aphrodite Rentals and I intend to return in the future. Mark and team always go the extra mile to ensure our stay is effortless, which is a great help when you have young children. The meet and greet service is a great help when you arrive. The villas are always immaculate and the team are always a phone call or text away if you need any help. The resort has plenty to do within walking distance and is perfectly situated for the airport and days out around Cyprus.

The villa was beautiful and the location was great too.
What let the villa down was the lack of cleanliness.
The toilet rims, floors and cups were dirty and thick dust under the beds.
There was also a sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms on the main level which made it unusable.
The outside soft furnishings were stained and worn.
The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. It would have benefited from a more thorough clean though especially around the water line. The previous guests inflatables were still in the pool when we checked in.
There were lots of cockroaches inside the villa and also had numerous ants in the basement bed.
Also building work was on and off through our stay and we were woken up by gardeners early morning.
We also didn’t get any meet and greet etc instructions until after we had landed in Cyprus.
We would stay at the resort again as it is beautiful but wouldn’t rent a villa from this company again.

We do, however, feel like the review rating given does not fairly reflect the service standards that we pride ourselves on, and that the rating was given without opportunity to have remedied any dissatisfaction experienced whilst you were here, which is what our onsite Guest Relations team are here for, and excel at. We are on-site to make sure that our guests’ stays are as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible.
With that in mind we would like to take the opportunity to answer some of the points that have been outlined.
With regards to the cleaning standards, our housekeeping team have regular feedback about very high standards, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience was not to what should be expected, or to these very high standards, and apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment that this caused. Our Guest Relations Manager offered to send the housekeeping team back to the villa but this was declined; nevertheless we share your disappointment that this was not perfect. As a hot country, Cyprus does get cockroaches and ants, had these been reported to us then we would have acted immediately; we are very well versed in responding to these.
The pool cleaners attend twice per week which is optimum practice to keep the pool cleanliness and chemical levels at the perfect condition in summer months; during peak season with a lot of use the rims can retain a little staining from guest use of sunscreen (despite clear instructions that showering is important before entering a pool), however these are not dirty or harmful, but simply not as aesthetically pleasing. These are always remedied every season (otherwise the pools would be extremely dirty all the time). We do like to leave inflatables for guest use (we even have requests for such) as they are a considered a fun pass-along, however we would have been happy to remove these for you if you had requested.
Having checked through our correspondence we can see record that the meet & greet instructions were sent (as part of our pre-arrival welcome information letter, with information about our service, Resort facilities, and the surrounding area) four days prior to your arrival, and direct instructions were also sent on the day too. Normally we always send these direct instructions further in advance, but unfortunately we made an error in picking up receipt of your arrival information, this is very rare but unfortunately sometimes human errors can occur. We acted quickly on the day to make sure that we sent the direct instructions, including the call we had with you in the morning, and a Whatsapp so that you would also have them when you landed, but safe in the knowledge that they had already been sent four days prior and that we would likely have been contacted if you hadn’t picked these up.
We have not had reports of building work noise by guests prior to or following your departure in the same villa, but are very sorry to hear that you experienced some disturbance during your stay. We are always very diligent at monitoring any possible works in nearby properties, even moving or upgrading guests in advance if there are any that are deemed possible disturbance. Our Guest Relations team attended twice during your stay, both times no works were taking place, and there was nobody in your party at the property to speak to; our Guest Relations Manager then tried to follow up and arrange to return to investigate further but this was not responded to. We do feel we made our best efforts to support the report of noise.
As a holiday rental company that takes pride in providing the highest of customer service standards we are disappointed that we were not able to meet your holiday expectations, and like any negative feedback should be taken we shall make sure to use this as constructive feedback for the team and ensure that it is addressed as a team.
Beautiful location, fantastic apartment
Beautiful location, fantastic apartment, brilliantly kept apartment really made our holiday. The communication and customer service was fantastic, the use of the departure lounge as we had a late flight was a great touch and allowed us to use the pool and showers. I would highly recommend the location and company. We have rebooked for next year already.

Highly recommended
Our 7th time at AH with Aphrodite Rentals. Always really well looked after from initial enquiry, booking holiday, arrival and departure . There was am issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms which the team sorted for us on the same day. We booked into the departure lounge for our last day as had an evening flight. This made an easy day for us and had use of the swimming pool, sun beds, pool towels and shower facilities afterwards. It's the best way to book a holiday using AR as so well looked After always. Highly recommended. Thank you for another great holiday.
Villa Eleyjo is beautifully set out , gorgeous furnishings inside and out, outside kitchen and plentiful supply of kitchen equipment. Villa Highly recommended

beautiful view from the terrace, a beautiful pool with a mountain view was very close, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, comfortable beds, everything was very clean. Only we missed shower gel that we supposed to be there :-)

Also for helping us with a couple of problems we had while we stayed there ( including a lost passport) Katy and the team went beyond our expectations of them helping us at such a worrying time. Thank goodness it was found!

First time at Aphrodite Hills
This was our fist time booking with Aphrodite Rentals and staying at Aphrodite Hills, it definitely won’t be our last. The villa was gorgeous, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Amazing villa made even better by the guest relations team
Katie from Aphrodite Rentals met us at the entrance to the resort and then showed us around our lovely villa in Hestiades Green. She is extremely knowledgable and even left inflatables in the pool for our kids to enjoy. Katie even managed to get us a table at the El Sabor Mexican restaurant at the Atlantica hotel on the Friday night as our kids love Mexican food.
The villa was amazing, was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We even had a welcome bag that contained washing up liquid, sponges etc. The resort had some great restaurants, a coffee shop and ice cream parlour.
Needless to say we didn’t want to leave. 2 happy children and 2 happy adults. Cannot recommend enough. A great holiday destination made even better by the Aphrodite guest relations team.

Great experience, friendly team, lovely holiday
Recently arrived back from a stay in Cyprus courtesy of Aphrodite Rentals. Overall very happy & impressed with the experience. All the details supplied for our arrival and a friendly welcome upon arriving after 11pm. Even when we had a few question or issues, the team responded super-quickly and resolved them fast. The villa was serviced regularly, including the pool to keep it lovely & clean.
Really looking forward to going back & staying at one of their villas.

Highly recommend Aphrodite Rentals
This is the first time we have booked with Aphrodite Rentals and the whole experience from initial contact to travelling back home was excellent! We stayed in Villa Theo which is highly recommended. We had a late flight and were invited to use the ‘Departure Lounge’ which is so good it is actually a relaxing extension to your holiday. A real unique offer and added bonus.
