We recently worked with Mohammed Laher for our home purchase, and we have just exchanged contracts. The entire process with Mohammed was seamless, as everything was completed on schedule and without any difficulties. Communication with Mohammed was always straightforward; he was consistently available, approachable, and willing to address any questions we had. I truly appreciate his dedication and efforts in ensuring the successful purchase of our new home.

The eWay portal was also extremely useful, allowing us to monitor outstanding actions and track our progress throughout the process.

Mohammed Laher was attentive to my needs. If I was unable to get hold of him via phone (rarely) then he'd get back to me quite promptly. He would also respond to emails quickly. He kept me up to date with processes and took time to explain things that were out of the ordinary or with any concerns I raised. Very happy.

Communication was great. I didn’t have to chase anything up myself, the conveyancer did it all for me. Chasing up the estate agents who are notoriously awkward and slow. Mohammed Laher Was my conveyancer and did a great job.

Recently completed on a house purchase made very easy by APL. Particular thanks goes to my conveyancer Laura Swift, who is really helpful and very polite to deal with. She was very responsive with any queries that I had and made sure I understood everything during the process. I felt very at ease throughout, which is great as house buying can be very stressful. The app that is used is a total game changer, and really streamlines the process for everyone involved.

We had a very positive experience working with our solicitor Mohammed Laher, throughout the purchase process. He was extremely professional, efficient, and always very clear in her communication.

Our situation was slightly more complicated as we needed to travel outside the UK during the process, which made timings more difficult to coordinate. Despite this, he went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured everything stayed on track.
