Excellent service I must say, everything was managed through the portal and in a timley manner. When I had any questions Mo was there to answer them for me.

The online portal is fantastic. It saved so much time by being able to upload and download documents and to see the progress of the sale.

Nicola Roughton was superb! Answered the phone everytime single time I rang, replied to emails straight away and was a really love person to deal with.

As soon as I uploaded documents, she dealt with them straight away.

Nothing was too much trouble and she got everything good for exchange in 8 weeks!!

Absolutely awful firm and do not use them!!
After seeing the reviews here then using this firm for the sale and purchasing since October but still a lot to do on the sale with buyer's enquiries. This should have been avoided if actioned actively and communicated clearly. Buyer's enquiries started since December and still ongoing. Emails ignored, causing unnecessary issues and no sense of urgency but claiming it's a building safety act sale that takes longer than usual and waiting long for answers from Management Company. The chain now is possibly falling through as the people from all sides are fed up with waiting and the buyer's mortgage offer nearly expired.

Edit: My sale and purchasing were finally completed on May 5 after waiting for 8 months and nearly the whole chain collapsing. Since the complaints, my cases were taken over by Team Roundhay and big thanks to Fateha who made me feel completely at ease, the whole process smooth, gave professionalism, expertise and helpfulness all rolled into one. I would say Fateha and Team Roundhay is completely opposite to the first team who was handling my cases. Thanks a lot for all your help Fateha!!
