The lady that showed us around was so nice and had all the information about the house

Jacqui was very helpful and polite, she allowed me plenty of time to view the property and also discussed the purchase process with me.

AP Morgan have been great through this process, offering supporting and great communication with my in-laws from day one. As we were coming to the end of our sale, and approaching our completion date, lots of issues were raised by solicitors, causing rather a lot of stress and apprehension. Ilene Strydom, literally came to our rescue and helped us so much, popping into my in-laws house to get papers signed on her way to work, chasing solicitors and pushing things along, she went above and beyond to help us get to completion date we needed. I will always be so grateful for her support.

I liked having a local office that I could call into to speak face-to-face which the staff were always happy to do.
I appreciated the staff liaising with my conveyancer and vendor and feeding back to me.
There was a very long wait between having my offer accepted and completion. The staff helped keep me up to date and reassured which helped me manage my anxiety and frustration with the process of house buying, and we got there in the end.
