After a few hiccups Apollo resolved the issues and my Mum now delighted with her new free blinds

We have used Apollo Blinds commercially on two separate occasions with extremely challenging window sizes and shapes. Both experiences have been extremely professional, with on time installations and no interruption to our day to day business. We would highly recommend Apollo Blinds to any commercial or domestic property.

I would strongly recommend Tina at Apollo Blinds Bournemouth, who advised us on Blinds for our conservatory and subsequently fitted Intu micro blinds.
We are more than delighted with the outcome.
Communication has ben excellent and the price very competitive.

Saw the add on Instagram for a blind screen, ideal to keep insects out when the window is open! I knew this was what I needed.
I contacted Mathew, he came and advised and measured up. Had our blind fitted yesterday, looks good and fitted in no time! Really pleased with it and hopefully no spiders can come visiting!

Contacted local office via the website and was called back quickly and efficiently to book an initial visit. The visit was very professional, yet friendly, with some good advise regarding things to consider and take in to account before making any decision. A quotation was left with absolutely no pressure what so ever to go any further if it wasn't what was wanted.
Subsequently, a few days later, we made contact to accept the quotation a go ahead with the work.
The fitting was done speedily and tiddly and the blinds look great.
Very happy indeed!

We have just had a wood Venetian blind and shutters supplied and fitted in our living room. Very impressed with the quality and fit. Rob and Anita are lovely to deal with, would highly recommend. This is the second time we have ordered blinds from Apollo Blinds. We are attempting one room at a time! We will definitely be ordering again.

We recently had new blinds fitted for our bifold doors by Apollo Blinds, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Stuart, our fitter, was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job - he has now fitted our whole house. The quality of the blinds and the installation were both perfect. After five months of constant excuses, I didn't receive some of the blinds I ordered. Placed the order in November, but by April, Ben ended up cancelling it. On two occasions, one of the blinds failed quality control, leading to a delay of over three months. As for the second blind, repeated errors in measurements from the manufacturers caused further setbacks. Communication was shocking as I had to keep chasing for an update. I was given back 10% of the value of the blind that never arrived, but quite frankly, it wasn't worth it considering all the agro caused

We recently had vertical blinds fitted in both our dining room and living room. The blinds are made from good quality materials and Ryan was informative,helpful and kind all throughout the process. We will definitely use Ryan and Apollo Blinds again.

From initial contact to aftersales; the service has been incredible and very positive. Stuart answered my many queries, swiftly. On initial fitting Stuart noticed a discrepancy with some blinds and sent those back to the manufacturer to be replaced. Great attention to detail, quality blinds and friendly service. A great experience.
