Placed an order

Placed an order, they cancelled the order due to lack of stock but still charged me a delivery fee. Emailed a few times to query this and why as they cancelled the whole order, they didn’t refund the whole order amount. No response. Awful but not worth reporting for such a petty fee. Be warned.

A Postcard from Brighton breaking their agreement on Free Returns

I recently ordered a number of items from this company, but the items were oversized and too large. At the time of ordering I checked to ensure they include free returns and sure enough the company clearly states in their returns page that 'Returns are free and easy. Simply use the Post Office returns label provided and drop the parcel with your local Post Office they will scan the code and give you a receipt.

We’ll email as soon as your exchange has been made or the return has been processed.

Address For Returns Is (please use the Post Office prepaid returns label provided)

Since I never received a returns label with my order I emailed them asking for one. The is the email I received

'Hi ------
We don’t do free returns

Gorgeous Luxe Loungewear & More!

During lockdown No.1 in 2020 while searching for smart/casual clothing to wear during the day working from home & work Zoom's I came across this gem of a company - and even better all their clothing is designed and made in the UK so they have a low carbon footprint! A versatile range of tops, dresses and bottoms (I LOVE their leggings!) which can be easily mixed and matched, dressed up or down for the perfect capsule wardrobe. Their sister brand Sundae Tee is equally gorgeous. Each piece is soft, built to last and washes really well. Even during these uncertain times, they have never disappointed with next day deliveries which is a good thing as I literally cannot stay away from their website!
