Appealgeeks 

These guys are cheaters. We needed help with Amazon appeal as our account got affected by a mistake. We paid full money via transferwise. Even after 3 days, we did not receive any information from AppealGeeks. When contacted supported they keep telling someone will contact soon.

Eventually the end of the third day, we decided to cancel the order. At that point, AppealGeeks sends email saying they can not cancel my order and it will take 14 days to even respond to the email regarding the cancel decision. It has been a few months now, still no refund.

So far I have never heard back from them. They took our $800 for no reason and no response.

Be very very careful dealing with these guys. They have no shame in taking other people's money for no reason.

IMPORATNT NOTE: These guys have a fake review site also. It's called incognitoreviews. If you write any bad reviews about them it will not show up. Hence you will only see thousands of good reviews on this site which most likely are fake reviews. We fell for that trick also.

I have the same experience. i paid for the service. they asked me to wire them money. i was desperate and wired using transferwise. i saw that on another site they have 4.9 star so they must be legit. buyer's beware....make sure you don't pay with wire transfer.
