DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE – THEY STOLE MY CLOTHES

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this second-hand clothing store. I left 24 items with them under a signed agreement: they would return any unsold items to me, and pay me 40% of the sale price for items they sold.

What actually happened? They paid me for only 5 items, and when I went back to collect the rest, they tried to return just ONE item! That means 18 items are completely unaccounted for – no payment, no explanation, nothing.
When I demanded answers, they had none. It felt like they were trying to brush me off and hope I wouldn’t notice. This is not just unprofessional – it’s dishonest and unethical.
I feel robbed. If you’re thinking of leaving your clothes with them, don’t. You may never see your things—or your money—again.
Save yourself the stress. Find a trustworthy consignment store. This one is not it.

Very risky

Very easy way to sell your clothes/shoes/bags, easy way to receive your money via bank. However be ready that your items can be stolen and the store is not responsible for your loss as you get no compensation for that. Because of the last reason, I wouldn’t bring the expensive items there anymore and rather sell them online myself. Every other time I bring something, the items get dissapeared. They say the those have been stolen but to be honest I have a slight suspicion that some items get “disappeared “ in the hands of people who work there. They might just keep them for themselves and always say later “sorry, we can’t find it, probably stolen, your own risk”
