Repeated abusive billing
Non-existent customer service - repeated abusive billing. We downloaded this application via Shopify, and since November 2022, we have suffered unjustified billing.

In January 2025, their support wrote to us in black and white that SMS fees were deactivated. However, in March 2025, we were still charged more than €400 for SMS. Even worse: our account is supposed to be limited to 5,000 monthly emails/SMS - a limit that we have never exceeded - and despite this, they still charge. Since April 21, the team no longer responds to any messages or tickets. They know that they are wrong and prefer to avoid their responsibilities.
No support, no refund, no respect for the customer. We strongly advise against this application.
