Apple is Junk

Apple is Junk. As I write this and trying to use their horrible Ai voice to text it is putting in punctuation incorrectly where a third grader or non-native speaker might and it translated Junk to Juhnke because I have a customer of that last name, even though I have never used their last name in a voice to text. I would tell Apple not to unleash their horrific AI on us unless they have all the kinks worked out and it actually works.

Also, stop giving us software updates that make the phone worse. Their last update brought back every email account that I have ever blocked, unsubscribed from or moved to junk. Now all this rubbish is showing up again after I did their dumb software update. Every IT person I know uses android and I know why.

Overcharged & no refund

I’ve been subscribed to YouTube Premium through Apple for over 3 years, paying £16.99/month for a service that actually costs £12.99 when purchased directly online — something that was never clearly disclosed.

Over that time, I was overcharged by £146 for absolutely no difference in the service provided.
As soon as I realised, I cancelled and switched to paying the correct price. Apple refused to refund any of the difference, hiding behind policy rather than acknowledging the lack of pricing transparency.
It’s incredibly frustrating that loyal customers can be quietly overcharged through the App Store, with no accountability when it’s discovered.

Apple and DPD fail to deliver

I recently ordered an iPad and a birthday present and it failed to arrive yesterday.. I contacted Apple who assured me that my complaint regarding non-delivery was be an escalated to DPD. Day two, the iPad has still not been delivered. What a letdown!
Apple, why have you awarded the delivery contract to DPD? When it fails to deliver on a constant basis?

I just purchased an Apple MacBook Air…

I just purchased an Apple MacBook Air M2 and i came from a windows system. I have never in my life believed that an laptop can work so well, can move so well and be fast. I really think that this might be the best option for anyone who is looking to purchase a laptop in 2026. Worth all the money!

Loyal Apple customers left to pay for lack of service delivery

"Booked a confirmed Genius Bar appointment for iPhone 14 battery replacement. Arrived to be told no stock - no prior notification given. Apple refused to offer any remedy and refused to respond in writing. Forced to purchase a replacement phone ($1,399) ahead of international travel. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria (Case C2026/03/012492)."

I purchased a IPad Pro

I purchased a IPad Pro, but it cannot even move files from one disk to another, what kind of shitshow is this? 2000+€ for a useless piece of shit? My old (2018) Windows Laptop can handle it better than this stupid „high end“ device. Avoid Apple IPads if you actually want to do something productive

Defective Apple, iPhone and iPad

Late in 2025 we decided to replace our iPhone 8 Plus with a new iPhone 16 plus, this is where the problem started, the new iPhone 16 would not communicate with the iPad at all, no messaging, no FaceTime, we thought maybe the iPad was getting old so we replaced it, April 4th 2026, with the new iPad Air M4, things went from bad, to worse.

Still no communication between the new iPhone and the new iPad, no messaging, no FaceTime, contacted your customer support. The person was very kind and very helpful on the phone, apparently they are working on it, technical support stated there is a problem with the phone, and with the iPad both, support stated they put in several requests, can take up to 24 hours, there was a holiday in there so I'm assuming it's gonna take longer, but as of Monday, April 6th 5:00 you still have the same problems.

On top of that voice dictation keeps quitting, we can message other people, but not each other, according to technical support, both the iPhone and iPad are defective, they both have programming issues, that was a lot of money to spend for us, just to get junk, on top of that, (I still haven't received the return box for our trade-in,) two defective apple products in a row. Tell me that Apple is no longer any good, for that kind of money I feel like we just got ripped off, Apple is definitely off our list.

This is not the first time I've contacted Apple about the problems with the phone, since the phone is under warranty, wanted them to replace it, they said they would only replace it with a refurbished unit, I did not pay for refurbished units, which would be Much cheaper, I paid for brand new ones, i’ve had no response from my emails.

Accidental subscription, no refund provided

I was charged £9.99 for a weekly subscription on the Remini app after the free trial, despite intending to cancel in time.

I misunderstood the trial period, which was my mistake, but I only used the app on the first day and did not use it at all after being charged.

I requested a refund immediately on the same day, but it was denied without considering that the service was not used.

This amount is significant for me, as I earn in a different currency, making the cost much higher in real terms.

Very disappointing experience and lack of flexibility in handling genuine cases like this.

poor after service

when you want to buy a phone they see you immediately, when a new iphone is defective after 5 months they make you wait hours. and it’s still defective. staff are incompetent, by the time i was seen i knew more about iphones than the staff, also the hey are rude and disrespectful, i bought a new iphone phone for work because in the past they were effective, i’ll never buy an iphone again
