Support your local business!

The team at appleyard press were very patient with me as I ordered and sampled new marketing material.

Claudio was very helpful and the quality of the product was great.
Highly recommended!

The worst flower company

They ruined my Valentine's Day. The floweres witch my boyfriend ordered for me for Valentine's day have not received yet and they said I will receive it on 17 th of February.

Extremely unprofessional and bad quality

We used Appleyard Press for a very last minute print run. Their initial service and turnaround time was brilliant. But too good to be true. Despite being reassured that the printing quality would be good, the final product that was delivered to our client was very inconsistent and of bad colour quality. A colour that should have been dark pink, was on some pages brown and on other pages kind of pink. There were also scratches on many of the pages and paper dust everywhere.

When we contacted them to complain about the quality, they first refused to get back in touch for 2 weeks. When we finally spoke to a manager, he
- Blamed our artwork.
- Laughed at our complaint consistently throughout a 20min conversation
- Said 'printing isn't an exact science'
- Claimed to have a perfect copy in his hand, and that I must have a bad version (we received 2000 copies of the product - all of which were bad quality)
- Said that we should be happy they delivered at all

He was incredibly argumentative, and showed no interest in treating me as a valued customer. He could have offered a small refund, or a discount on our next order. Or at least an apology!

Could recommend them less.
