My dryer has been a PITA for the last…
My dryer has been a PITA for the last month or so and I've been both having appliance techs come by to try and fix it (to no avail) and now, taking over myself to see what I can do. Not only is APP full of useful knowledge and easy-to-find parts, and not only does it have video guides for all sorts of DIY replacements, they've also got fantastic customer service, well above and beyond.
My dryer likely fried a part I had already bought from them a week or two ago (culprit seems to be a bad wire, we'll find out when the new one comes). So I ordered it again from APP, same part as before. And within about 10 minutes they called me and asked if that was on purpose, because it was a duplicate part order to something I'd bought before and wasn't a common purchase twice in a few weeks. Just great stuff.

Hassle free returns are not hassle free
The part this company recommended and sent me was not the right part to fix my oven. I returned the part using instructions and documents provided by Appliance Parts Pros. UPS notified me when the return was received. The company has failed to issue my refund. Hassle free returns appears to be a marketing ploy as opposed to an honest business practice.

Although I did order a Range Top Burner…
Although I did order a Range Top Burner from them, their price $15.95 plus $1.00 Tax and $12.95 shipping and handling for a total of $29.90, within minutes after I found the same burner receptacle kit on Amazon with all four (4) receptacles for $12.44 delivered including Tax.
The Company would honor the return however I would have to pay the return shipping cost $8.75 added to the ordinal shipping $12.95 for total cost of $21.70 in shipping. Keeping in mind that was for a one (1) receptacle not all four (4).
Lesson learned the price of one receptacle 16.95 with tax plus shipping $12.95 total $29.90 or $12.44 for all four receptacles and free shipping.

The Seller contents their product is superior however this is a simple wire connection to the burner with shrink tubes. The aftermarket product is equal to if not better than the OEM. Wire Gauge and connector material quality equal, copper electrical connectors, and stainless holders to burner equal. I say that having both products in front of as I type this review. Aftermarket products are often better than OEM and understand this stove is 37 hears old and the seller more than likely bought the OEM stock at a greatly reduced price.

Lid Lock Mechanism for GE Washer
I needed a new lid lock mechanism for my GE washer and after searching another online retailer that sells everything I wasn't warm and comfortable I would get part that fits or would work. I found AppliancePartsPro and they had an outstanding website, It told me my mechanism was replaced with another part number, and verified it would fit my washer. I ordered it standard shipping yesterday and much to my joy it was delivered today, basically overnight. It came with great instructions including pictures, it took me about 15 minutes to install the new part and the washer was fixed and working fine. Couldn't be happier with the company and they will be my "go to" for appliance parts in the future.
