Bad service, untrustworthy
Title: Delivery delayed with no clear resolution
I ordered part AP5962115 from AppliancePartsPros. The expected delivery date was 06/23, and I had my appliance installation scheduled for the same day.
Unfortunately, the part was delayed, and the new delivery date is still unknown. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule my appliance installation to another date, which created extra inconvenience.
I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful and did not provide a clear solution or reliable updated delivery date.
My review is based on the shipping delay and customer service experience, not the part itself, since I have not received the item yet.

I contacted them and told them the part didn’t fix the problem. They were nice with the I’m sorry to hear that.
I did think much of it other than how do I send it back.
That’s when you get the bad news, even though they claim full refund up to 365 days rather than 30 like most, the kicker is you must have not installed the part. If you did you’re out of luck. No refund.
I can’t hardly believe only saw one other with this same story. Loosing over 200.00 because we thought it was the problem and it wasn’t to me is a rip off. Is there any recourse?

An Incorrect Part Was Sent And Now I Must Pay Extra
The lid lock broke on my washer. On Thursday I looked up the AppliancePartsPros website and searched the listings for the replacement part. I found it and placed an order. The order came yesterday and I took the washing machine apart, only to find they sent me the wrong part. I called this morning and only managed to chat. I filled out the "Incorrect Part Received " form. I took pictures like they asked me to on the form, and e-mailed them to the company. The chat operator said they would send out a new, correct part on Monday, coming. A half hour later I get an e-mail saying I had to purchase the replacement part in a new order, and would need to return the incorrect part for them to inspect, and then they might offer a refund.
ONE: I did not order an incorrect part. I ordered what their website said was the correct part.
TWO: I paid for the Incorrect part, plus shipping.
THREE: Now I need to pay for shipping back the Incorrect Part, plus pay for shipping a replacement part. The term for this policy is GOUGING.
This is highly unfair and questionable, besides. Who is making money here by sending incorrect parts?
