I ordered a stove element in November which came to 361.00. It was supposed to arrive December 10th 2025. By Christmas week I tried to find out what was happening with my order and the whole website is gone. Emails to them are returned as undeliverable.
Absolutely superb service, the element in our fan oven broke, I was able to check the compatibility on the site, the clear photos also helped comparison, ordered late on Wednesday evening, received a dispatch notice on Thursday morning and the part arrived on Friday morning and was as described.
If I ever need to order replacement parts again, I will be using appliancesparepartsdirect.ie without hesitation
I made an email enquiry for a part at 9:15am. I got a response from Dermot at 9:30am with a link to the correct part. Not only was the part cheaper than anywhere else it was also a quality branded part. Ordered it without and hassle and the part arrived the next day. Fitted and my tumble dryer is back working again. Highly recommend this company.
